“im never buying with cheap flights again, i booked my flight they never confirmed my payment, i called cause i never got my plane tickets and they made me pay 150 usd more , because they never booked my flight. To make matters worse, after paying they didnt confirm my booking again, so i called to cancel my booking and when i was cancelling they sent me the tickets because they dont have a refund policy.The service was very bad, and in each call they made me wait 30 minutes to give me answer's. you really need to improve your service.”

“Cheap flights and others like you provide a great service. However, it is not so cheap when the airlines, over which you have no control, start to make you pay for bags & seats. Then you become no cheaper than the rest of the airlines out there, My ticket was listed as $181.00 ( $363.00 ) both ways, which is truly cheap, but by the time fees were added in. $288.00 for baggage fees, $130.00 for seat assignment and $ 75.98 for flight price ( I still don't know what this is ) I wound up paying $493.98---This makes you no cheaper than Southwest or other carriers. Again, this is not Cheap Air's fault and I would certainly use them again. The gentleman I spoke with gave me his name and number and asked if I had any problems and that I was to call him directly. This is service! Bravo Cheap Air! Airlines you stink! Again, I would use Cheap Air!”
