“After I had some difficulties with the purchase Marcellus the manager called me and assisted me in the most professional manner. I was very happy with the purchase because the fare was good and then the price was increased by the lady. The layover was a problem and I made sure that I do not go for any other country that required a visa but still it was there. Thanks to Marcellus finally everything was sorted and I am now a completely satisfied customer.”

“The fare is excellent. However, the first email about the ticket included the basic fare only. It did not indicate that the extra charge for the seat and baggage would follow. I had paid for all 3 but Frontier Airlines seemed only got the money for the basic fare. Later, Frontier sent an email about the seat and baggage. It really should be one email including all elements of the purchase.”

“Fares were good. I had a medical issue and needed to either change dates or cancel flights. I called and it was like talking to a deaf person. No help. They said call the airline that the tickets were for. They asked for a confirmation number which was totally different from the number I was given by Cheap Flights. It would have been very helpful for that number to be given to me. So not happy with that side of (customer service). I ended up going on the trip but with complications so was not a great experience. Eldon Hershberger”

“My online ticket was denied by my credit co. So I placed phone call . I think I did this twice . I receive email from Cheap flights on price change . My ticket says there is a 60$ extra charge for the service . They just said the ticket price changed so I agreed and paid it . Much hassle all in all . Thanks”
