“Cheapflightfares is honest on their prices posted unlike several fares booking sites that cancel your booking once you have a booking reference number. You go to lots of hustles entering your passport number, your credit card number but in the end they will cancel it anyway due to price changes or for any other reasons. Processing of booking is fast and you are led will along the process.”

“I tried to book a flight via cheapflightsfares and I entered the wrong expiration date on the credit card. I called immediately and spoke to an agent who updated the card on file but still did not affect the change on the flight. The next day, I was charged an additional $69 with an agent just to correct the minor error. I promptly received a callback/email/text after a minor complaint from the supervisor who indicated he was going to make everything right. He called and emailed me several times believing he was going to make things right. He requested I made changes to my review and he will give me a credit of $60 back which he has not done since 3 days ago which is why I am re-revising my review again. This website is not very transparent and will not be buying from this website and be very careful when buying from the website or communicating with their agents.”

“Best prices, an easy process, and very prompt customer service. I bought my Istanbul tickets from Cheapfligtsfares. Overall I saved $300 over the airline price. My credit card refused the transaction and I called customer service to have my card charged again. They were very helpful and resolved the issue without losing the ticket price.”
