“Very disappointed. I booked 2 tickets for a flight from Charleston to Memphis via Charlott, I paid extra for 4 cases. When I checked in for the American Airline desk in Charleston, I was informed that only 1 case had been booked & paid for. I phoned Cheapflightsfares who confirmed only 1 case had been paid for & there was nothing they could do about it now, I would have to pay American Airlines for the 3 extra cases & they would refund me what I had paid them for the 3 cases. It became my problem to sort out. Thankfully I could afford to pay twice (110 dollars) some people might not be able to. Poor customer service from Cheapflightfares.”

“Worst experience I ever had. My flight got cancelled and they denied the responsibility. I called them twice to confirm whether the flight is on time or not and they said it is on time while the online site was keep showing the flight is cancelled but they said it is a systems glitch. Shame on you guys. My husband missed a business trip. They called me and they are willing to help me.”

“Had to cancel due to family emergency and was charged a cancellation fee which was less than 24 hours after I purchased it. Was not happy. When I made my reservations, it said to cancellation fee if canceled 24 hours prior to flight.”

“Horrible. Some Indian dude called my bank without my permission and when I said I was not comfortable ON A RECORDED LINE WITH MY BANK AND THE COMPANY he said he WOULD NOT process the charge. Well, I booked a different flight and lo and behold that ding dong charged my card which was NOT LEGAL (remember… recorded line saying he would not…). I absolutely do not recommend this group. Period.”

“I would never use cheap tickets again my flight left early I couldn't get a refund nor did they offer me a voucher this has been a worst experience of my life and I miss a major event a major event”

“Fare is over charging me I didn't expect to have to pay for a seat in the past I never had to select a seat before I could purchase a ticket please look back at the travel purchase in October and November of 2022 and see how the form has changed it use to have a place you could check any seat is ok and the agent would assign a seat. It would not go any further until I purchased a seat. That should be noted someplace that the purchase of a seat is not required especially for elderly people like me. I have seen you a email but haven't gotten a response about the situation and the rudeness of the person I talked to on the phone. Please respond to my request for a refund and to take any seat you assign I don't need any added expenses. what I need is to be able financially to check my baggage but I can't take anything but my medicine and personal items on board. That's new also always in the past I could carry on a small personal bag. ? I don't understand how policies change from one month to the other. But I guess when I return I can select another service and flight? Just let me know something please thanks I got a call today and was given a credit and I am more satisfied with the service. Thanks Marcella for your help”
