“I was able to book my flight and my hotel through the website. There was an issue charging my card for the insurance and baggage coverage. I talked to my card company to let the charge go through, which it did the next day.”

“Prices are reasonable and booking is uneventful. The only thing is, I didn’t notice that my return flight is leaving from a different airport. When I called to change the booking, I was told by the agent that I can with a price adjustment of $130. I asked if there was anything cheaper. The call agent sounded rude and impatient and said that I should get the offer because it will only get higher. Last thing a customer wants or needs is to be pressured. However, the redeeming factor is that Customer Service called to follow up on my concern and helped me kindly. Now I have the booking I want for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your help, Marcellus.”

“Pobre servicio al cliente, pagué un seguro de viaje y ha Sido muy complicado recibir un reembolso luego de una cancelación. De esto ya van 3 semanas y todavía no han hecho su trabajo, entre los que atienden el chat y los correos electrónicos se pasan la papá caliente pero ninguno da buen servicio.”

Nos fijamos un estándar alto y tratamos de resolver cualquier insatisfacción que tengamos. Investigar este problema y observamos que se comunica con nosotros para cancelar su reserva y reembolsar el monto del boleto con fecha 09 de febrero 2023. Sin embargo, de acuerdo con la política de la aerolínea, el boleto no es reembolsable, pero hicimos una excepción y le reembolsamos un monto de US $ 93.63 el 15 de febrero de 2023 a su cuenta de PayPal. Todavía tenemos un comentario tuyo con una calificación negativa (1 estrella). Deseamos sinceramente comprender con su respecto a lo mismo y por eso nos comunicamos con usted hoy, pero terminamos en un correo de voz cada vez que llamamos. “I bought a flight to Hawaii. Cheap flights had me call and asked if I would change my return flight and charged me $85 more. Then cheap flights corrected the situation by offering me an $85 credit to use within the next year. Very nice!”

“Your employees have been very helpful. I made a mistake booking one of my flights. They corrected it. I was charged much more for the same flight at an earlier date. I corrected it the same day a few hours after. That was disappointing but it was my error. My credit card was declined due to security issues. As of yesterday, they assured me the two different flights were confirmed. I was hoping to finally see my tickets in my email today. I get worried because of credit card fraud experiences. Hopefully, it will show today and my mind will be at ease.”
