“Bitter sweet… Sweet- because if the lower prices Bitter- I made an error during booking online, so I had to call customer service to fix it. I got Aiden whom told me I need to book trips that I can afford, after not being able to explain to me why my flights (for 7 ppl) was $378. More than what it was showing when I go through the prompts online.. I ask for a supervisor Aiden say none are available, that someone will call me back after 45mins. I then told him to transfer me to speak with a different agent. He said he can’t transfer me. I told him I’ll hold for the supervisor, he said I will be on hold for 45 mins plus. I told him I don’t mind. After counting talk over me. And disregard my concerns he placed me on hold. The supervisor answered in around 6 -10 mins. The supervisor resolved my issue 🤷🏾‍♀️”

“I had the price I wanted on a round trip ticket. When I needed to change the return flight, the agent was helpful, but screwed me over. I agreed to an up charge, and then my new flight changed again and they did not tell me. It took nearly an hour on the phone to get it fixed because I had lost my original flight. Thankfully, I made it home in a reasonable time. At the conclusion of this “cheapflights” called and did a make right to the best of their capabilities.”

“They did not effectively Communicate with my bank and I had multiple emails that my card was declined which was actually my Bank protecting through fraud alert. By the time I got it settled my fare went up and I almost cancelled my trip. They gave me what I originally agreed to but I will not use this website again.”
