“I am a frequent flyer, both nationally and internationally. This is the first time I came across the CFF offer, and I was surprised that their offer was very attractive, and I was also surprised that I never saw their offers before. I will now regularly compare any price offers from other sites with the CFF offer for sure.”

“Cost me double due to a computer error, no customer service, no sympathy, never again through cheapflightsfares.com avoid! UPDATE: Cheapflightsfares called to make things right. I was pleased with their concern for my problem and they tried to rectify as best as they could. Updated my stars from 1 to 4”

“The flight fee itself is not bad. I had difficulty finding and obtaining handicapped assistance. I certainly hope that I am not hit with another fee for this request. I have a TBI and have trouble with verbal or written instructions. Since traveling alone and having to negotiate a layover in a very large airport will be impossible for me without a knowledgeable guide to stay with me.”

“I will never book a flight though United Airlines again .. I wanted to extend my visit and come back on a different date but you would charge me $249 more. Not asking for refund or cancel, you would think giving 4 days in advance should be able to do it for nothing!”

“Initially price quoted didn’t include tax which gave me false impression that price is lower than other internet flight sellers. Made me feel cheated. Tax was charged two days later than the initial charge. Customer service didn’t know about this process which caused a lot of confusion. Second email about the tax was even more confusing. It listed the tax which is half of what has already been charged. Airline confirmation number was not provided until I asked for it. For accessing website, PIN number reset request was stuck and reset was never provided. Customer service didn’t know what to do and didn’t provide any way to solve the problem. Was told that there is no technical support. I had to give up accessing the website. Customer service called me back. They explained that they made a mistake on the DNI tax charges. And they will refund it. They seemed to take the feedback seriously. Looking for the improvement they are going to make.”
