“I purchased a ticket with paid seats and insurance and had to change my flight day within 24 hours. On the new ticket I was charged an additional fee for a more expensive ticket but I was not tefunded the paid seats from the original ticket & am not able to select my new seats until after I check in. I was also charged again for insurance on the revised ticket but I never needed to file for insurance from the original ticket which I purchased before the 24 hour deadline. I will not be using this service again.”

“In 2 hrs after booking &a paying for fair, received phone call that credit card been declined. Representative stated that deal is cx due to card declined . Another price is available higher than original. Apparently credit card was not declined for higher price. It’s been obviously made up to rise the fare. Agency contacted to me and solve the problem.”

“It was fairly easy to do, though the phone no. Did not help on first try. The second man was great, handled everything partaining to our seating choices. I would recommend him as a preferance to everybody. We hope our trip will go as well. Thanking you in advance.”
