I was looking for a one-way flight and found the fares to be quite expensive for one-way! Most were $500-$600. I looked on Cheap Flights and found Avery reasonable fare that also had better flight times for my schedule! I would recommend checking out the Cheap Flights website!

Prior to booking they claim free cancellations. When I called to double check, they confirmed this to be true. When I called & asked them to cancel within the 24 hour timeframe, I was told I would not receive a refund. The person on the phone made several snarky comments. I had a horrible experience. I will not use this service in the future and I will not recommend to anyone. I spent $300 more using cheapflights and spoke with a rude customer representative. UPDATE: Other agents called me to get me to adjust this bad review. I was told the same thing, but with respect. Again, they weren’t going to provide a refund even though they said they would prior to booking. I was also told they could rebook me for a cheaper flight, but I would have to pay the same amount of money…just lovely. The previous agent was rude and did not refund me even those the booking said free cancellation within 24 hours. A refund was not part of the resolution. I was asked several times to adjust my review.…Please adjust your service next time to avoid having bad reviews in the future. I will not be using this service again.

I bought a return ticket from Newark to Las Vegas. I paid extra for assigning my seat on window, but the airlines did not give me the seat claiming you did not book it for me. United service sucks and does not know how to attend and serve customers. Seems you messed up during reserving my flight. Thanks Cheap flights for calling and trying to resolve the issue. Seems like you did your job right but United messed up. I am happy with you for calling back to apologise and giving the refund. Good job

The process was simple enough. They didn't allow for frequent flyer numbers to be put in so that is a demerit.

Easy to use. My debit card didn’t go thru, I was sent a text, called and they sent me a link to retry. I had put the incorrect expiration date down. The man helping me was very efficient and nice!!

I have 3 pending charges on my credit card because of this site. 2 from you and 1 from my airline. I also have 2 fees that were not made clear to me before I completed the transaction and I don’t know why they are separate charges or why I even have to pay you a fee when I booked the flight myself. You also shouldn’t be holding money from the customer just wait for your money from American Airlines! I’m not responsible for making sure you get paid, I’m laying the airline for the service of a flight, not you.
