“It was easy and finding a good flight was easiest on this platform. However the skip to pick a seat button is not prevalent. Therefore I added more money to my bill be sure to not make this mistake the button is at the top right.”

“I am legally blind when I seen my ticket I noticed that the day was wrong not even a minute goes by and I call I wanted a flight at a certain time the flight they gave me was wrong day so like I said not even a minute and they charge me 100 dollars to be at my destination the right day so unimpressed. So disappointed I had a heart attack and freinds want tsser me for last time almost thinking of not going all togy Update thanks hugh for the help resolving my issue Hugh was very nice and helped me thanx again I will be a customer again”

“I will never purchase another ticket from cheapflights.com. They do not work in a customers advantage they all for themselves from now on I will go directly to the airline and the insurance is bogus and your customer service sucks because they’re not based in the US I can’t even understand the customer service rep speaking, I give you zero stars never again”

“Do not trust this site! I paid for a refundable ticket and that was not the case! There was so much small print that when I needed to cancel my booking I did not receive not one cent back even after paying extra for a refundable ticket. I had to cancel due to COVID-19 and was denied refund even after submitting picture proof of my COVID-19 test.”

“[Update] They reached out right away learning about my situation, and worked kindly with me to manage and compensate me. I sent me the refund right away, and offered further compensation, so this was nice to experience. I am extremely disappointed in this service. It took 8 hrs and 3 phone calls to receive my ticket for an emergency travel, then I got lied to several times and got charged and ripped off about the checkin baggage. The lady I spoke to said it's not included in my ticket even if it showered up in the Lufthansa website after I logged in, then she lied about the price and charged me way more than what it actually costs. She said it's normally $150 1 way for 1 checkin baggage internationally, but she can give me a deal for $275. Then when I didn't take it she said she "just found" a coupon code so she can give me a deal for $200 and she didn't let me get off the phone without paying for it. The next day at the airport the agent at the baggage checkin confirmed that it was included in my ticket, and that the prices for 1 checked baggage is between $30-60, nothing nearly $150... I am going to call and ask for a refund and report the whole incident to BB and other platforms.”

“Cheap fares did a bait and switch on me. Also was very nebulous on flight insurance which added fees. I caught this and cancelled the duplicitous fee. Bottom line is I have to watch this site very closely for hidden fees which add up to regular airfare costs. I learned and now I know what to look for.”
