They changed my booking date and then voided it after my payment went through . Then wanted a additional 500 to rebook a flight , still trying to get my money back , do not trust this website

Bunch of scammers. They present a good flight, in terms of price and time of the day, and then tell you there was a problem and they need to find you another flight. Which is much worse

This is my first time booking with them and I bought a one way ticket.. they have had poor communication and I was being bounced around to different agents. Telling me different information. Never again

I booked a flight had to pay extra for a seat!! Then found out it was booked as basic economy and I can’t even bring a carry on! After talking with them I will never book here again! I’m so disappointed that the website was not user friendly! I paid $250! For a 1 hr flight to not be able to even be able to have a carry on!! It’s my brother baby shower and I can’t even bring gifts!! So disappointing. To upgrade my flight to economy (I’m in basic economy) it’s $100! The would be $350!!! Just so sad!

I needed to CHANGE my return flight date and they tried to scam me out of another $1,000 when purchasing a ticket OUTRIGHT from the airline was only $400.

I bought 2 tickets for myself and my son’s gf to fly tk San Antonia Tx, to see my son graduate from Bootcamp in The Air Force. As a Veteran myself, this is an EXTREMELY proud moment I would never miss. Unfortunately there was a mishap and his graduation was pushed back 3 weeks. I called Spirit to see if I could reschedule my flights. The woman I talked to on the phone barely spoke English and it was difficult to understand her. I explained my circumstances and asked if there was any way Spirit could work with me. She then gave me a price that was 3 times what I had already paid. She stated the cancellation fee which was higher than the amount I paid for the ticket and the ticket price she gave me was almost double what I paid. As I asked questions all she would say is “ these are the guidelines we are given and must follow …. Than the much higher price. When I asked to speak to supervisor, she kept saying they won’t be able to do anything differently.

They post their prices lower than other companies and then call you and say you have to pay extra. Sly way to catch customers. And if you write a bad review they offer you a gift card which can’t be used. So in a future I will definitely avoid to buy plane tickets with them.

This experience was horrible. It was very misleading. I thought I was booking directly through Spirit Airlines and now I cannot choose my seats and I am flying with 3 small children. Heaven help you if you use this company.

I purchased a ticket and paid extra for refundable booking, the morning after I purchased I immediately asked for a refund because I realized I was not able to make the date and it was declined. There is no reason it should’ve been declined especially after paying extra. I spoke to customer service and they were not helpful. I am not happy about this and I will be awaiting a response from you guys to fix this. I will be contacting my attorney if otherwise.

Customer service is inadequate because I tried to change dates within the 24 hours and encountered a recording stating "the phones are not manned at this time". I tried several times during the night and could not contact anyone. I called early the next morning which was over a few hours beyond the 24 hour limit (because of no one manning the phones) and was told there was nothing they could do. I am stuck with tickets that we may not be able to use. We are currently attempting to make very difficult arrangements so we can use the tickets. An extremely poor system that one cannot contact!

I paid for a flight online and Cheap Flight Fares never confirmed my flight so I called to see what happened and the customer service rep said that the reason why my flight wasn't confirmed were because the cost of the flight changed. But when I went back to the site and that price was still available. The price change seemed like a setup from the start to charge more for my tickets and I am very dissatisfied and won't recommend anyone to use this site!

I had bought the ticket then my account said insufficient funds. So I added money and then was approved. I checked the next afternoon and they were trying to make me pay more saying that it still showed card declined. After I demanded that I talk to a manager. Showed that it cleared early that morning and no one saw it except the supervisor

I always used cheap flights to purchase my tickets but this time I had an awful experience. My mom passed away suddenly and I bought last minute tickets. I checked their policy which said I could cancel within 24 hours. I called within the 24 hours to add another day to my departure, because the funeral home was booked before I would fly back home. I was told that the 24 hours does not apply for my situation since I’m flying out within the week of purchase. I did not read the fine print. Please be aware of that because for a change like that they wanted over 700 dollars when my ticket round trip was 565. I’m definitely disappointed and will consider other options when purchasing future airline tickets.
