“Customer service is inadequate because I tried to change dates within the 24 hours and encountered a recording stating "the phones are not manned at this time". I tried several times during the night and could not contact anyone. I called early the next morning which was over a few hours beyond the 24 hour limit (because of no one manning the phones) and was told there was nothing they could do. I am stuck with tickets that we may not be able to use. We are currently attempting to make very difficult arrangements so we can use the tickets. An extremely poor system that one cannot contact!”

“I paid for a flight online and Cheap Flight Fares never confirmed my flight so I called to see what happened and the customer service rep said that the reason why my flight wasn't confirmed were because the cost of the flight changed. But when I went back to the site and that price was still available. The price change seemed like a setup from the start to charge more for my tickets and I am very dissatisfied and won't recommend anyone to use this site!”

“I had bought the ticket then my account said insufficient funds. So I added money and then was approved. I checked the next afternoon and they were trying to make me pay more saying that it still showed card declined. After I demanded that I talk to a manager. Showed that it cleared early that morning and no one saw it except the supervisor”

“I always used cheap flights to purchase my tickets but this time I had an awful experience. My mom passed away suddenly and I bought last minute tickets. I checked their policy which said I could cancel within 24 hours. I called within the 24 hours to add another day to my departure, because the funeral home was booked before I would fly back home. I was told that the 24 hours does not apply for my situation since I’m flying out within the week of purchase. I did not read the fine print. Please be aware of that because for a change like that they wanted over 700 dollars when my ticket round trip was 565. I’m definitely disappointed and will consider other options when purchasing future airline tickets.”

“I double-booked a flight due to an error on my laptop that did not show the confirmation of the 1st reservation for more than 2 hours. After waiting for 2 h for the confirmation and the e-ticket I presumed that the booking was not done, so I re-booked my tickets for the same flight over again. Later I received a double booking in my e-mail. The next day, an agent called me to ask about the double booking and we agreed to cancel one booking. 2 days later when I checked with my bank, the Cheap Flights Fares had already taken the amount for a double booking despite the previous cancellation. I contacted the company and they told me I would be refunded for one booking in 7-10 days or maybe..2-3 days. So, basically they had charged me the amount for a double booking when one of them had already been canceled by their agent 48 hours before. Now I will have to wait and have a big debt until the refund. I contacted the bank and complained about this situation.”

“If I can give negative stars I would. Cheap flight fares changed the price to more than doubled to what I purchased for on American Airlines. I will never recommend or use cheap flights fares again. They managed to booked me on Spirit which I hate but I have no other choice, and I have to pay an extra $162.”

“Very disappointed. I booked 2 tickets for a flight from Charleston to Memphis via Charlott, I paid extra for 4 cases. When I checked in for the American Airline desk in Charleston, I was informed that only 1 case had been booked & paid for. I phoned Cheapflightsfares who confirmed only 1 case had been paid for & there was nothing they could do about it now, I would have to pay American Airlines for the 3 extra cases & they would refund me what I had paid them for the 3 cases. It became my problem to sort out. Thankfully I could afford to pay twice (110 dollars) some people might not be able to. Poor customer service from Cheapflightfares.”

“Horrible. Some Indian dude called my bank without my permission and when I said I was not comfortable ON A RECORDED LINE WITH MY BANK AND THE COMPANY he said he WOULD NOT process the charge. Well, I booked a different flight and lo and behold that ding dong charged my card which was NOT LEGAL (remember… recorded line saying he would not…). I absolutely do not recommend this group. Period.”

“I tried to book a flight via cheapflightsfares and I entered the wrong expiration date on the credit card. I called immediately and spoke to an agent who updated the card on file but still did not affect the change on the flight. The next day, I was charged an additional $69 with an agent just to correct the minor error. I promptly received a callback/email/text after a minor complaint from the supervisor who indicated he was going to make everything right. He called and emailed me several times believing he was going to make things right. He requested I made changes to my review and he will give me a credit of $60 back which he has not done since 3 days ago which is why I am re-revising my review again. This website is not very transparent and will not be buying from this website and be very careful when buying from the website or communicating with their agents.”

“I booked a flight and called within 10 minutes because the site changed the departure date and they charged me $140 to change it. They offered $40 to change my review. How many of these reviews are fake?”

“im never buying with cheap flights again, i booked my flight they never confirmed my payment, i called cause i never got my plane tickets and they made me pay 150 usd more , because they never booked my flight. To make matters worse, after paying they didnt confirm my booking again, so i called to cancel my booking and when i was cancelling they sent me the tickets because they dont have a refund policy.The service was very bad, and in each call they made me wait 30 minutes to give me answer's. you really need to improve your service.”
