“It's a hoax, when doing the search you showed me a price and when I paid for the ticket, I had to pay double the price.”

“This company is in the business of scamming people. Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying a plane ticket through you and not directly from the airline. For reasons beyond my control I decided to cancel the reservation and called the airline directly, they canceled the reservation and made a full refund of the price, but they did it to the cheap flight fares intermediary card. I called cheap flights fares customer service to get the refund on my card and they told me that due to Spirit airline policies they cannot refund me which is not true because the airline refunds the full cost of the ticket 24 hours after seeing the ticket purchased. Now cheap flights fares is left with a value of $264.06, the cost of the flight ticket and the refund, that is robbery. So as I said before, this company, if it exists, is dedicated to stealing and scamming people.”

“The airline canceled the flight. It is completely inconsiderate when everyone's time is valuable. If not enough people are on a flight do not make it a possibility to purchase a ticket and then cancel it.”

“Eventhough the fare is way expensive, you cannot change or adjust your traveling date if the need arises. A customer service here was asking for a fee almost half of the fare just to make a change. A total ripoff, while others like travelhub, priceline, and others does make changes in your itinerary for free. ..no fee charge”

“Got an email with an issue about payment, turned out the fare had risen with 150 dollars over night. No explanation, way more expansive than booking through the airline. Would not reccomend.”

“They quoted a fare that I booked and then called me back several hours later and explained some garbage story about not being able to get that fare price from airline because of constantly changing prices. So, they needed $96 more to book the flight. It’s total nonsense. When I called Spirit airlines to verify the booking, I got a price directly from the airline that was $100 less than the price from CheapFlightFares.”

“They gonna call you back and sell you the same fligh you book online for 200 more than the original price telling you that was no available in the airlines so my question is if that price doesn’t exist then why you show that price in first place”

“Paid $292.64 for a ticket from Syracuse to Philadelphia (1hr layover) then Philadelphia to Pittsburgh then I go to check in and I see it says I paid $276.64 for the ticket …. I wish I paid the lower amount but I didn't they took the $292.64 out of my bank and not the $276.64 like stated on check in page. Robbed me of just under $20. Scammers.”

“It looks like they keep selling tickets after they are sold out. We couldn’t flight from Houston to Atlanta because the horrible customer service said we didn’t have a confirmation number even she was looking at it. Just said come back tomorrow. Frontier airlines is bad!!!”

“I fly 3-4 times per month and never have I had such a horrible experience! I booked this flight at noon and 9 hours later I get a call saying the prices went up and I had not choice but to pay or I wouldn't have a ticket. You cannot advertise a price and not keep to it! Not to mention the call was from out of the country and the caller didn't speak English. The worst!”

“- baggage was paid on line but airline didn't have record of it - protection insurance was bought online but airline didn't have record of it - I had to pay for baggage at airport at double the price that your site said it cost - didn't get a reimbursement for the false protection insurance - I had to show proof and write an email that I paid for my baggage at airport before getting a reimbursement”

“The first time I booked a flight, I called 30 minutes after placing the order only to be told the price was nearly 200.00 dollar increased. This is called bait and switch. The second time I placed an order, the exact thing happened again. I am writing a review on the Apple App Store to advise people not to use the app. You guys are trying hard to rip people off and I don’t like it. I will never use your company to book another flight for the rest of my life and I travel often. Your loss.”
