“Worst place to buy airline tickets. Bought insurance incase we had a change of plans. Didn’t honor it. First and last time I’ll ever purchase tickets from this website.. if there was a way to leave no zero star, I would have.”

“Sat on the phone for over an hour with the guy to get my flight. Argued over an hour cause he tried to charge me and additional $300 for my flight and he couldn’t give me a reason why. He finally gave me my ticket for the flight in the amount I was quoted at the beginning. He was not happy with me cause I wanted to pay what I was quoted and not the extra $300 he wanted. I paid extra to pick my seats and when I got to the airport I was the very last seat on the plane. So I paid extra for nothing. I will never use this site again.”

“Horrible customer service! When I called to verify that I had paid to check a bag the representative was rude and demeaning. She assured me that 24 hours before my flight, the checked bag would be "added" to my reservation. When I arrived at the airport, it had not been done. I had to take time to call and insist that they follow through. I don't trust this company at all and will NEVER use them again. If I could leave 0 stars, I would!”

“Too high cancellation fees. Also charged twice both for departure and return trips,even if I bought a round trip together. Also, I chose the round trip ticket from YVR to YYZ, but it gave us from YVR to YKR,when I realized this 5 mins after I booked, I cancelled the tickets immediately and it still charged me about 200 hundred dollars. Very poor experience.”

“It was okay, except I couldn't print a receipt of the flight I purchased. I need the official receipt showing that it was paid along with the last 4 digits of my credit card in order to be reimbursed for work (not just a copy of my itinerary that includes the total cost of the flight.) I got an error message "cannot provide at this time". Annoying and will require me to get a copy of my credit card transactions in order to prove to my employer I paid for the flight.”

“My boyfriend bought my flight ticket and was overcharged $53.75 on my flight ticket and then charged an additional $377.20, this is fraud and cannot get any response as to why.”

“I recently tried used Cheap Flights to purchase my flight. When I purchased my tickets they had these hidden costs like having to buy seats on the flight which included middle seats. I chose to pay for a window and aisle. 24 hours later they called me and told me they changed my seats to middle seats without any explanation. Needless to say I won’t use them again!”

“Very dissatisfied customer service Had to contact the merchant several times via email to clarify status of my tickets and to confirm my payment. Which never had happened before with any of the merchants. After a while going back and forth, I received the email that the price went up for 90$ and that amount was charged to my card, however I would choose another flight for the money they offered the final price. As an excuse why I got charged the amount I didn’t my consent to charge me for, I was told I called the line to confirm the payment. However, I’ve never called the line!!! Allthe communication was done via the email only from my side. Highly disappointed with the customer service.”

“Will not buy airfare here again. There is no place to input TSA numbers. After purchase there is a “print” button to print tickets. That’s not my tickets. It’s an itinerary. It’s a “small thing” but any bit of confusion I. This process matters! Third, we called Cheap Flights to clarify how the tickets would be coming. The agent tried to talk us into an upgrade and a higher fare. We absolutely refused!”

“took over 1 hr to book a simple flight from Hnl to Pdx, - kept putting me on hold , I was using Hawaiian miles of which I had plenty and then your company charged me over 100.00 more. I asked if it was a fee you charge and he said NO. So what was it for??? LindaLappin”

“Flight listed at $441. After choosing my seat and luggage it is now $700. I should have just purchased a regular ticket from an airline. Ridiculous that the price is hidden and misrepresented like that. I'm already disgusted and haven't even stepped foot on the flight.”

“Disappointed overall! Payed for one piece of luggage and when I checked in they made me pay another fee for baggage! I requested a refund as I got charged twice for luggage! I even showed my paid receipt at Frontier desk but still had to pay! Not happy!”

“Once again I’m very disappointed in the fact that I was offered a $10 refund and a$15 travel credit for one of the customer service representative being very rude I did as I was asked and revised my review and the gentleman who called me and offered me the refund and travel credit never called me back nor did he do as he said by giving me a refund and travel credit the only person who truly helped me was Russ I thank him so very much But as it stands now I will not refer anyone to use cheap flights”
