“This Cheapflightfares is a crook and designed to steal money from customers. I bought a ticket from them and waited three (3) hours to get the conformation and the approval, but after I called them I found out that my ticket was changed without any notification and the price also changed for more money, when I asked them to cancel the ticket and issue the refund, the person from India told me they will take $200 I asked him why, he said the airlines take the money which is BS because the reservation is almost was 5 hours and all agencies are giving 24 hours to free cancelation. These people are crooks and should pay the price for cheating the customers and are thieves. I believe they are located in Ohio and I will take them to the General Attorney and to the office of the consumer fraud division, I also for sure will take back my $200 from them.”

“Waste of time. You purchased and never gets approved and they also don’t send you the confirmation number of the ticket. You call them and they want to play with the price because it went up. I said NO and they said that’s ok we will keep the same price ? Anyways I cancelled everything because I never receive the confirmation of my flight. Again waste of time”

“This company is in the business of scamming people. Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying a plane ticket through you and not directly from the airline. For reasons beyond my control I decided to cancel the reservation and called the airline directly, they canceled the reservation and made a full refund of the price, but they did it to the cheap flight fares intermediary card. I called cheap flights fares customer service to get the refund on my card and they told me that due to Spirit airline policies they cannot refund me which is not true because the airline refunds the full cost of the ticket 24 hours after seeing the ticket purchased. Now cheap flights fares is left with a value of $264.06, the cost of the flight ticket and the refund, that is robbery. So as I said before, this company, if it exists, is dedicated to stealing and scamming people.”

“The airline canceled the flight. It is completely inconsiderate when everyone's time is valuable. If not enough people are on a flight do not make it a possibility to purchase a ticket and then cancel it.”

“Eventhough the fare is way expensive, you cannot change or adjust your traveling date if the need arises. A customer service here was asking for a fee almost half of the fare just to make a change. A total ripoff, while others like travelhub, priceline, and others does make changes in your itinerary for free. ..no fee charge”

“They quoted a fare that I booked and then called me back several hours later and explained some garbage story about not being able to get that fare price from airline because of constantly changing prices. So, they needed $96 more to book the flight. It’s total nonsense. When I called Spirit airlines to verify the booking, I got a price directly from the airline that was $100 less than the price from CheapFlightFares.”

“Paid $292.64 for a ticket from Syracuse to Philadelphia (1hr layover) then Philadelphia to Pittsburgh then I go to check in and I see it says I paid $276.64 for the ticket …. I wish I paid the lower amount but I didn't they took the $292.64 out of my bank and not the $276.64 like stated on check in page. Robbed me of just under $20. Scammers.”

“Very unprofessional. They made a reservation for me with United and sent me a confirmation. However, they never informed me that it did not go through because the flight was already booked. Thank God I called”
