“It looks like they keep selling tickets after they are sold out. We couldn’t flight from Houston to Atlanta because the horrible customer service said we didn’t have a confirmation number even she was looking at it. Just said come back tomorrow. Frontier airlines is bad!!!”

“I fly 3-4 times per month and never have I had such a horrible experience! I booked this flight at noon and 9 hours later I get a call saying the prices went up and I had not choice but to pay or I wouldn't have a ticket. You cannot advertise a price and not keep to it! Not to mention the call was from out of the country and the caller didn't speak English. The worst!”

“- baggage was paid on line but airline didn't have record of it - protection insurance was bought online but airline didn't have record of it - I had to pay for baggage at airport at double the price that your site said it cost - didn't get a reimbursement for the false protection insurance - I had to show proof and write an email that I paid for my baggage at airport before getting a reimbursement”

“The first time I booked a flight, I called 30 minutes after placing the order only to be told the price was nearly 200.00 dollar increased. This is called bait and switch. The second time I placed an order, the exact thing happened again. I am writing a review on the Apple App Store to advise people not to use the app. You guys are trying hard to rip people off and I don’t like it. I will never use your company to book another flight for the rest of my life and I travel often. Your loss.”

“1544882 i WAS NOT hAPPT YOUR STAFF IS EVIL , HE CHARGED ME DOUBLE I PURCHASED MT TICKET I SUPPOSE TO LEAVE FROM FORT LAUDERDALE AND THEY PUT MY FLIGHT IN MIAMI , AND WHEN I WANT TO CHANGE TO FORT LAUDERDALE HE CHARGED ME DOUBLE , HES SO EVIL HE TOLD IF I CHANGE I WILL HAVE TO PAY PENALTY , THATS EVIL THINGS TO DO, THATS ONLY BEEN 5 MINIUTEE PURCHASED AND HE CHARGED ME RIGHT AWAY ,, HE EVIL.”

“I had to out one star because there in no cero option. As soon as I received my email confirmation and saw that it was only a one way heheh I had entered round trip. I called immediately to cancel my booking. Not even 5 minutes had passed of me finishing the booking and they said it’s not refundable. (Even though I paid refundable fare) this is a scam!!! I’m still trying to get my money back! I never got my tickets either.”

“I booked my flight the next day they said they couldnt book the 1st one and for a extra charge of $90 they could book it again... oh wait for my troubles they will knock off $30. They said here is your e-ticket,conformation number. But the problem was they never booked the flight. Luckily my fiance called allegiant to see if it was booked, they said NO... I wouldn't recommend cheap flights to my enemy.”

“Be careful, I bought 2 tickets with this company, and I never will again. You never get the cheap price they offer you. First they charge your credit card for the price they offer online, after that you have to reach out, because you never get your E-ticket. It works out that they tell you, that the price has changed and that you have to pay more. Very bad practice.”

“Booked to land in Toronto and randomly got rerouted to land in Waterloo. Asked to cancel because of it and it was within the 24hour grace period and they still tried to charge me 175$ even know it was not my fault.”

“That will be the first and last time I ever use Cheap Flights Fares. I didn’t get the initial ticket at the price I thought I paid for. Had to pay at a price $100 more than initial price. Didn’t receive a confirmation after rebooking. Had to call back and request another email to make sure I actually got the flight. I’m still skeptical whether not I will have a ticket when I show up to the airport on Saturday.”

“I was late for the flight and wasn’t helped in anyway not even with a reschedule. This is horrible and the worst experience ever. I am currently stuck in the airport with no flight and no help from you guys at all. No refund no reschedule for later today I will never use you guys or recommend you guys to anybody ever”
