I booked a round trip flight and I found a misspelling in my name one hour later. I called customer service to fix it. Representative said I have to cancel and rebook the flight but I have to pay $290. I did then I got an email saying policy that included free refund within 24 hours.

I purchased a flight through this app and after submitting my payment, charges for carry-on and checked baggage were added to my total. I called customer service directly after submitting my payment to correct it and the agent (Allan, who was of Indian descent) was rude and did not want to listen to my side of the story. He said the offer that I selected was no longer available and he could not refund me the amount for the baggage. Then why was the offer still being advertised? After I threatened to write a bad review, he took off the added charges but charged me an extra $10 for the ticket that I purchased. I will never use this app again! The non-refundable clause that is in fine print is a gateway for them to rip you off!

after i paid through them, they asked me for extra $90 to confirm the ticket. I confirmed that, but then they charged $130 in my credit card. After that, when I logged in to the airlines, i also did not see the carry-on bag for which I paid extra.

Costumer Service tried to increase the price over the phone once i called since my card was declined. When I said that i didn’t want to pay (because they tried to charge me 600 when in reality everything cost 400 in total) they backed out. I’ll never use your website again

Really I received a bad service because I called to change a surname on one passenger and they changed the surname and all my flight the mean is they send to me a new email with a new flight time and different destination and they don’t send to me a new confirmation flight. It’s unacceptable this.

Change all my flights horrible, I was flying in and out on frontier in a Friday at Houston IAH not hobby. I have a screen shot of this. I get two weeks before my flight I was call by 3 different people to change my flight. To Thursday evening from hobby a Airport 45 minutes away from were I live, $56 on a lyft. I said ok that's fine. Get a call 2 days later can I take a earlier flight at hobby at 11 a.m. Then change my flight back with frontier to spirit at IAH. I don't really like spirit airline for so many reasons. Tired talking people to resolve things they were rude and very sarcastic. Telling to call the airlines, there unable to help me with that. Never again...

Terrible poor customer service I need my money back or free flight n pain takin forever too take me too my flight I missed one cause they took me off last n I waited 3 hours before getting my suit case n didn’t get home till 2:30 I got off da flight at 10-11 dats terrible at all never again wit America airlines I can really sue

November 28, 2022 To Whom This May Concern: SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY! Again, I am here to type this as a follow up to an old Review, I was asked to take down, if they could help me. Well, GUESS WHAT???? It’s been almost a year since I purchased tickets for a trip with my husband when we all developed Covid and had to cancel our trip. After several long conversations with them and we paid $100 to hold our tickets. They extended our credit and was told we could use it by our date we purchased the former ones. Sounds Fair??? They told me to use my old booking number to purchase tickets. I saved that number for reference, because, of course, we were going to the same place and the same dates, again this next year. Well, here we go. I called to book tickets and guess what they said??? We have to book by December 1, 2022, and we have to be back from our trip by December 1, 2022. Does That Make Sense??? I would have NEVER agreed to that! The original person I spoke to, (Marcellus) knew our new dates were going to be the same! I was told to call American Airlines, because they have our money? and see if they would validate our credit. Ha! I did, See Below: November 23, 2022 Hello Mrs. Parker: Thank you for contacting American Airlines Customer Relations regarding your tickets purchased through a third-party booking website, CheapFlightFares.com. For further assistance with itinerary changes, or exceptions to the terms of the ticket please reach out to your travel agency directly. These tickets are restricted and can only be handled by the agency that received the payment for your ticket. When a reservation is created through a travel agency, the agency has full control over the ticket and will be best able to serve you. While we regret that when you have reached out to that organization, and they have been unable to assist you with your request, we are unable to make an exception to our ticket policy in this case. I am sorry for any further disappointment this causes; however, this matter must be addressed directly with your travel agency. We appreciate your AAdvantage® loyalty very much, Mrs. Parker, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on board an American flight soon. IT’S JUST NOT WORTH OUR TIME, DON’T WASTE YOURS! *January 2022 (previous complaint) I did not even want to give them a 1 STAR… I did not even want to give them a 1 star! I called to cancel and asked for a least a credit and they wanted us to pay more money. Our travel companions have Covid and we were exposed and they told us until we tested positive, they couldn't do anything about our refund or credit. Absolutely against CDC guidelines. We found out 36 hours before we were supposed to leave the country. For obvious reasons, we didn't want to end up positive with Covid in a foreign country and have to quarantine there until we were negative. On top of that, the representative that I spoke with (Bunney) was consistently speaking over me trying to explain. I have never spoken with ANY customer service that could be so rude. He was not helpful and was not a good representative for the CheapFlightsFare.com site. American Airlines needs to not let them represent them either. It's terrible representation for them. We are out $1670.70 due to this terrible choice. I will never use them and they should be shut down, after reading so many reviews that compare to this review! The only positive reviews were the ones that were able to use their tickets without any issues. We have traveled many places and used many sites to order vacation accommodations and have never lost our money. CheapFlightFares is definitely a SCAM! *Marcellus called us back on 1/10/2022 and ask us to take down review, if he could contact American Airlines and have our money refunded or credited. I even gave him our travel companions names and flight info for American to verify to him. (By the way, American immediately credited the other party, without any question) He asked us for 24-48 hours to have this reviewed. It's now 1/17/2022 and no call has been made back to us. My husband called "Marcellus" back to find out if anything had been done, and he has not had a reply. I am reposting this for anyone that thinks this is a good site to go to and order tickets. Oh, and By The Way....we are now recovering from Covid!

This is a horrible experience to use when there is a flight cancelation problem! The airline portion still process $200.00 per ticket even though we purchased flight cancelation insurance! My wife was under doctors care for her heart, and recieved a stress test that revealed she is scheduled for a catheter procedure, and we don't need to travel, as it isn't recommended as most patients don't do well when traveling! The tickets they sold me were fraudulent we were able to fly to our destination however our flight coming back was canceled by Alligent for fraud causing us to purchase another ticket to get home no way I will ever trust this company you shouldn't either

I've tried to cancel a reservation within 24 hrs and this co doesn't want to help out things happen unexpectedly and isn't the customer fault of canceling the reservation!! Lost out $454.00 with some change!!

I booked my flight and seats for one price then get notified that I had to pay more money after .I had already made car reservations n hotel so I paid it .but if I was told before I would have canceled
