I originally chose United . You called saying my original final leg of my flight was canceled. You then replaced my entire flight with Delta. I had purchased premium seating. My new flight with Delta has me in economy. I’ve called asking that this be made right. I was told it would be taken care of. Please make this right. I should not have to upgrade my seats twice

Terrible Costumer service I booked a flight ticket And was a mistake with a date instead Nov.14 I wanted Nov.13 when I’m trying to fix it jump again to the Nov.14 and I got charge twice , I called the costumer service to help me The i paid twice to the same flight ticket He ignored everything I explained and didn’t want to refund me cause it’s third party , In the end long short story I told him I’m going to call my bank and dispute one charge he just hung up the phone in my face , I called my bank and I opened dispute Didn’t pass 5 minutes after I purchased the flight ticket NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I was shocked that my purchase was a standby ticket. Nowhere on your website is that mentioned. Plus, I had to pay an additional fee for my seat.

Found a flight for 479 the guy upgraded me with out my permission charged me over 600 dollars and said there was nothing he could do to change it back…. I will never use you all again.

I cancelled my flight! I bought the insurance for $66 dollars, plus I bought the package for assurance. You call me cancel my fight now you want banking routing number blah blah, I used a credit card return my money to my card. I knew doing business with an off brand was stupid! I made reservations directly with United and better for only $30 dollars more!

I would never book with them again. I needed to change the date of my trip from Sacramento to Wisconsin foot a for a week out. And they said that was going to cost me over $800 more and the layers were going to be really long. I told him I couldn't pay more because I'm not the one that bought the ticket in the first place I asked them to please find a way for me to get there without charging me an additional $800 to 900. More My nephew was taken off of life support and I had a lot to do with making funeral arrangements and that's why I needed to book my flight out another week and they didn't care.

This trip was cancelled. Please make a notification of it. I called to cancel within the 24 hour period. The person I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me. Very disappointed in your company because I’ve never been treated so rudely in the past. Will no longer be using cheap fares. Very sorry.

Customer service tried to lie to me by saying u couldn’t cancel my flight after 1 hour of being booked. They also tried to lie to me and said a flight I wanted didn’t exist and I managed to book that same flight after getting off the phone with them.

I was quoted 399 for a flight that I could've booked on another sight and even when I told the booking agent they told me that it wasn't the best price. I ended up paying 470 for the same flight. And I was really displeased with how unhelpful the agent was in the end. Will not be booking again through this

Terrible service. Needed to cancel my flight one hour after paying for it due to a scheduling conflict. Pressured me to wait until almost all of the 24 hour refund period was up. Then they wanted to keep the $134 bag fees they collected. Went round and round until they finally gave most of my money back. I will never use them again.

When I saw the price so good, I bought exactly what I wanted. When I paid it came out different day. I tried to cancel it and they told me that I couldn't because I hadn't bought the insurance. They also told me that I had put flexible days. I know what I put. I need to fly that day I ended up paying more than double for that ticket

Be careful! I typed my date and they still booked me for the day after, which was too late and now i wasted $200 just book with airline instead! Or pay careful attention to depart date despite what u type in!!!! Wasted money bc they charge $99 to switch flight plus I’d have to pay the difference!

is a scam !! has been reported to the airlines & bank institution,, and never did this Third-party acknowledge that they were going to take a payment for the airfare and when my granddaughter got to the gate the Alaska airline agent confirmed that the company never paid them so she could not for the flight we then had to order new tickets through Alaska Airlines agency and pay for them twice so this is

Had one of the worst experiences ever. Customer service representative was not helpful at all. Did not explain details of policies prior to charging my credit card! He kept changing the rates every 5 minutes. Would not recommend at all!
