“They set a bait trap! Basicaly i booked a flight for a certain amount of money, then they called me 2 hours later that it went up! Definitly not reccomended!”

“Sorry, purchased the tckets, waited for e-tickets, nothing, so I had to call to find out that one of the legs of the trip raised their price, was not goig to be notified, plus it cost me exta monet just to get the e-tickets. Bad business. Will not use agan.”

“This is the most horrible thing I have been through on any flights which I've only taken a couple in my life but it's changed three times ended up costing me $100 more and my flights delayed 6 hours was only supposed to be four to begin with one way to begin with and I booked a reservation they were sold out they didn't let me know so ended up costing me $100 more because I didn't know till the next day and right now I'm stuck in Atlanta Georgia when it was only supposed to be one way to begin with then they changed it I still paid $100 more so that's what I think it's horrible”

“Worst service i ever seen, price of my flight was 211.85 canadian dollar from delhi to Banglore round trip first when it was shown but they have charged me 262.50 dollars. When i call them, they started making some useless excuses and even the customer executive was very rude. I will never use their website again and i will not recommend anyone to use their website. They are such a fraudulent.”

“The price that was listed was not the price that I was charged after I booked the reservation I received a call 3 hours afterwards advising me that the flight would cost an additional $300.”

“Unable to check in electronically due to third party purchase. Addtionally, I paid extra to make a seat selection but upon check in at the counter I discovered I was given another seat which was a middle seat. Took my money and didn't deliver services expected.”

“I had a very horrible experience with your chief Flights fairs. I bought airline ticket as well as baggage fares, but when I checked with the airline, there are no bag fee . As a result I had to pay for baggage again at airport through the airline a second time. This caused lot of confusion as well as delay.”

“It’s very poor, rude, unprofessional support. The flight price is not what I was expecting and I was tricked for almost 100 or more dollars. I called to ask to match my price I found on another site but instead was tricked for more money. Terrible service. I used your service before but now it’s downgraded a lot.”

“I was so disappointed in how this company did business. After charging my credit card they email me that they cannot do the tickets for that price. It would take three or four billing cycles to refund our money. We were in an emergency situation. They took advantage of that. We had no choice but to spend the extra 400.00 dollars.”
