“Booked a flight from Dusseldorf to Charlotte via London . Landed in London City where already a Uber waited ( I organized upfront) to take me straight to Heathrow .. I made it on the plane - last second -- other than.. change of airports .. no further message on emails / tickets etc. I also wasn't able to book any seats etc .. im a lil stressed but ok .. my parents wouldn't have made it . Never again!”

“I made a reservation and then they told me that the airline I booked with was not flying that day. Then they booked me with another airline for $1000 more. I called to cancel because I was not happy and convinced and then they gave me a discount. Then they called me to tell me they could not get confirmation with the new airline. Then I got an email that I had been rebooked with the original airline but at $1000 more. I called and they said the additional charge would not be charged to me. But why did I end up with the original airline that supposedly wasn’t flying that day. I hope to not get more unpleasant surprises.”

“First and last time doing business with Cheap Flights Fares. Booked tickets and received confirmation via email. Hours later, I receive a call telling me I didn't actually book the flight because all the seats at that price were sold. After being charged an additional &76 dollars I magiacally received a booking for the exact same flight. I sincerely hope this is not the treatment everyone receives from this company.”

“Booked a last minute flight and was told ticket would arrive in a few minutes or in "rare" cases 1 to 2 hrs. After an hour and a half with no tickets I went on live char to inquire. When the agent returned he said that Flair told them the booking was cancelled because it was a fraud booking. I checked with my credit card company and they hadn't blocked anything so having no idea why Flair cancelled the booking I scrapped my plans to fly. Then 4 hours later I get a text to say my ticket had been issued. I then called to find out what was going on because I had now cancelled my other arrangements and got a very rude agent that just kept saying I couldnt cancel this late. Couldnt get it through his head that I didnt cancel it and that Flair had. He wanted proof that I had been told that which I didnt have since live chat boxes are gone once the convo is over. I do have proof of when the flight was booked and how long they actually took to issue a ticket. He tried to say they didnt have a record of the chat. I called my credit card company who said to file a dispute as service not recieved. NEVER use Flair or Cheap Flightsfares Scammers”

“Never got a confirmation if they booked me. It’s been over 24 hours. They did charge my credit card so I filed a dispute. I ended up booking my own flight on an official airline site.”

“Price increased by over $400 as the agents were not able to secure e-tickets when I bought them. Disappointing. Only after I expressed my frustration did they act quickly to get my e-ticket.”

“You asked for a review so here it is: I will never use this booking service again. You are trying to charge me $225+ to select a seat that I can see available on the Spirit website doe $92 and $117. You’re also trying to charge $78 for checked baggage when the airline only charges $64. You have the audacity to have the word cheap in your brand name but you’re a huge rip off. I will be letting everyone I know aware of my experience, including Kayak who was the Referal source for my booking.”

“Lack of communication on which airline I’m really taking. We ironed it out at the airport. No notice to check in early Tried online with Alaskan only to find out I was flying Delta????? Had no idea. I didn’t have a seat. I will never use cheap flight fares again.”

“I’m not very happy because the flight was posted in Canadian dollars on cheap flights and although when I went to cheap flight fares it was definitely US dollars. Then on your cheap flight, it said that a carry-on bag was included but when I got the confirmation it said that a carry-on bag was definitely not included. So then I had to call you guys up and the person on the phone assured me that a carry-on is included but I won’t really know until I get to the airport unfortunately. I was pretty unhappy about the Canadian US dollars thing as well. I could’ve booked it for the same money somewhere else . I went back and had had a look at it and it is very clearly marked in Canadian dollars and I took the link to cheap flight fare so it really should be the same. I don’t know how you guys arrange that. Dominic Albert 250-213-5745”

“Booked a round trip flights and received confirmation, then was told that only my return ticket was booked and I had to choose an alernative departure flight. The departure flight I booked was non-stop but now I had to choose a flight that was not non-stop. I told the representative I could not make an alternative flight and that I wanted to cancel my booking. I was told I had to pay a fee to cancel. I was originally told my original departure flight was no longer operated. After complaining I was then told it was fully booked. This site/service seems like a scam and should be avoided. I never write reviews but was compelled to do so in this instance given how bad my experience was.”

“I made a typo on one of my traverers names and contacted Cheapflightsfares to get it corrected. After around 5 minutes they said it would cost $55.00 to correct the name. I said "thanks" and went directly to the airlines webpage and corrected it without any cost. BEWARE OF THIS SITE !!!”

“Will not buy tickets from this company anymore. I found this fare on Kayak. I made a mistake at booking and I needed to make a change to a date later. I called in within 10 minutes. The person made the change but said that the airline fares went up from the online quote. $300 I reluctantly agreed even though I was lookin at the fare for the next day online and I did not see any changes in price. Then my credit card was declined (It was a $4,000 purchase) and I had to confirm with the credit card that the purchase was legitimate. But when I called back to tell them to process the charge one more time the same person told me that the fares went up again so I would have to pay another $200. I told him that I just gave him $300 and I can't pay anymore and to cancel. He then said that he would ask his supervisor to see if they had any vouchers. After a while on hold he returned and said that he was able to apply vouchers so I did not have to pay more. Anyhow, After reviewing all the charges, The original additional $300 actually went into their pockets (it was not for an increased fare) so they paid themselves $500 and the rest was pending with the airline. I called them back and they tried to give me a bunch of excuses like they had to make the change so is a cost and the flight was shorter. After asking them to cancel they gave me back $150. Basically they screwed me with $150.”
