I feel like I was scammed. Completed all the info to purchase the flight. Would not confirm with Spirit. Second attempt the cost my carry on almost doulbled. Second attempt failed. Call Cheap Flights agent who told me the price had gone up another $134. Last seat availible I was told. A $234 ticket ended up costing $538. A major bait and switch! The company has offered to resolve this with a partial refund which shows an effort to make right the wrong so I will upgrade my rating to 3 stars. Upon actually recieving the refund I will make a note to award a higher rating. Ok, so after offering a partial refund if I would upgrade my rating nothing has been done on the part of Cheapflightfares to resolve anything. Famous last words, "You can trust me" NOT! Scammers and then also liars. STAY AWAY!

Spent a full week being told 'don't worry, the ticket is coming' only for it not to be honored 30 hours before the flight. In the end it cost me money to find a worse flight. Never again.

I bought three tickets for $287.00, I thought it was a good deal, from Chicago to Guadalajara, they told me 3 hours later that the price had been raised to $367.00 and since I needed them, I had to buy them at the new price.

Whenever use this service again. You guys advertise a ticket that total $373. Call me to confirm that I will receive the tickets 30 minutes from that conversation and everything was okay. Then I received the phone call 10 minutes after that to be scammed and misled to say that no that was not the case I did not actually obtain the tickets at that price they were now $75 more very misleading there's no way that when I purchased the item and received the phone call to confirm the item was rendered that all of a sudden 10 minutes after that conversation for that confirmation the tickets were no longer that price you guys are what I considered bad business I had to go back and forth with the representative to try to get some a discount applied to what I've already paid for I had a budget in my mind you guys messed that completely up I would never in my life use you guys again you might as well go directly through the website because that's exactly what you charged me what I could have went on the site and got the same exact price for so there was no discount rendered through you guys a site because you guys are crooks scammers and are only there to add extra fees to the customers purchase that they've already purchased and then you know people are in crunch time trying to do travel arrangements so some people may be able to change their plans and some people don't have time to relook again so they may go ahead and just get. And then the representative was rude and can barely speak English properly or even speak where you can understand what he was saying. You guys need to stop advertising prices that are not actually locked in those fake courtesy calls to confirm your reservation has been booked it's nothing more than a scam because you get called 10 minutes later and told that you need to pay more money pathetic and it's not a way of doing business this is how you don't keep customers such as myself.

"The worst customer service experience ever. The day after making my reservation, I received a call informing me that my card had been declined. This was confusing as the same payment method was used for both the car and flight. When I questioned how the flight payment went through but the car payment did not, they simply said, 'We are sorry, you are right.' On the day of my arrival at the airport, I called to confirm which car rental company I was using. They told me it was Routes, but then said my reservation wouldn’t work because the payment had been declined. Oops. So, I made a new reservation and had to pay extra. They then told me my rental car company was Fox. They instructed me to take a shuttle to get there. After a 15-minute drive, I received a call saying I actually needed to go to Routes. Frustrated and angry, they decided to cancel my reservation altogether. I lost my entire day and missed my meeting. A total of three and a half hours wasted. I don't advice anybody to get close to those please No english even .

Es una basura, compré un boleto en un precio que no tenían, y si no he llamado no me dicen que no tenía boletos para el vuelo, quería reembolso y su respuesta fue nula, me dijeron que los dejara como crédito en la misma ruta.

We tried to move our flight up 1 1/2 hours earlier and you wanted to charge me $580 when the tickets cost $178....that makes no sense at all.

My fare increased from 400 to 500 overnight. False advertising; I’d recommend Priceline.

I bought a flight and received an email a few hours later saying the fare was not available anymore and asked to call a number. I called and was told that only seat available was $279 that the flight was overbooked. I bought it because I had to fly back. While waiting for the confirmation, I checked the airline website and the flight was $190. I mentioned to the CS rep that was helping me and he said that the airline does that but the flight was overbooked. When I got on the plane, I saw at least 10 seats free. In fact I was the only one seated in my row of 3 persons. So I overpaid $80 just because I was misinformed. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend this website.

Review: Caveat emptor. I recommend that you consider this company only as a last resort. My experience: To buy two tickets it took over 6 hours of calling, waiting for call backs, 3 identity verifications, hours of delays between acceptance of ID and confirming of flights causing the price deals I was presented with on their website to expire time after time after time. The new prices were a lot higher, of course. Then, they told me the tickets I requested were available but the price was then over twice the originally quoted price. I told them I as not interested in working with them any longer and to cancel my request. Within minutes they called back and gave me a story about finding a deal whereby the seats I wanted could be purchased for only $50.00 more than the original quote. I agreed and the deal went through. I don’t know if this company pulls this routine on everyone but I do know I will never use this company again.

You have kept my refund from volaris, every time I call customer service I get told different story, I will dispute with my bank, I wanted to do right thing and give you guys a chance to do good by your customers

This was a horrible experience. I booked flights here instead of directly with the airline because I liked the layover better and they called me the next day to say the only way I could keep my itinerary was to pay $500 extra. The CSR even yelled at me and challenged me to check prices online to prove he was trying to help. I will never use this service again.

The tickets I bought for 2 people were reduced the following day by $80, and when I called to ask about it, there was no policy of refunding the difference, and when I asked about cancelling (under 24 hrs) so I can repurchase them at lower price, they wanted to charge me $100. I also called the Airline directly and I was quoted still cheaper price! Most likely will try not to go through this site again.

They changed the price of my ticket three times before accepting the highest price. I’ll never use them in again. I need a cheap round trip ticket to Huntsville 3/16 leave 3/18. See what you can do

Did not honor the original price! I had to call to verify my reservation because no body contacted me and I was charged more if I wanted to keep my reservation. I will not recommend this service to anyone!

Poor customer service when calling in. Changed flight multiple times without providing payment for luggage on my return trip. I prepaid the luggage on spirit airlines in full and then my flight was changed to United and I had to pay for luggage again with united.

Booked my flight on the wrong date. Failed to get me on the flight I was confirmed for even tough the airline had availability. Unwilling to compensate for their booking mistake.

I booked my ticket on Friday and today they told me that I should pay them £290 more cause the price has increased. I do not have extra funds to pay for the flight and I asked for a refund but they are refusing to pay me back. I am planning to travel on Friday but I am now stuck because of their bad service.
