“You are the same price fare as if I bought directly though an Airline. There’s nothing cheaper about your price. Your customer reps speak very poor English, Train them or don’t hire them. I got the runaround on trying to cancel after I booked, due to my schedule change and got tossed from person A, who told me to call another cheap flights number to cancel. Train those reps to know your roles. Booking with you. i lost 80 dollars on the insurance when making the cancelllation. Bye Bye Cheap Flights- Will never use you again.”

“I missed my flight although I had to pay extra $25 at the counter to get my boarding pass printed because you guys didn’t give me the right instruction to check in online ahead of time when I am flying with the frontier and by the I was done arguing and trying to figure things out it was too late. So yeah you guys have been incompetent.”

“The flight fare was triple what was quoted during booking. The company just wants you to call them so that they can try to offer you flights. The customer service agent try’s to sell you non-stop even after asking to cancel the booking. Overall negative experience and will not be using the device again.”

“Cheap flights steal your money. My flight was $235.00 they charged me an additional collection fee of 459.00 which doesn’t specify what it’s for. I was charged $16 for my seat and they charged me $37 for baggage and I still had to pay the airport $37 for the same bag because they don’t allow outside vendors to charge for baggage. Now my acct has a sky bird charge for $741 and I never heard of that company. I had only used cheap flights for a straight flight home. Never Again!!”

“worst experience ever! I purchased 4 air flight tickets and had to cancel within the 24 hour period because I found a better deal. What came next was a nightmare dealing with these people. they are very unfriendly and will give you many excuses as to why you should not cancel. After all the BS they told me they would charge a cancelation fee per person! I asked where on their policy it states that information and they could not give me an answer! buyer beware with this agency! they are very shady! these people stole $100 out of my pocket to cancel within the 24 hour period that all airlines allow to cancel within!! I would not recommend! go directly to the airline!! it is always less expensive!”

“I had to call 3 times to get my credit card charged and at my 3rd attempt, company wanted to charge additional $150.00 per ticket to confirm my flight. After a heated discussion on the phone and threat to cancel my reservation, finally my card was charged and I received my tickets.”

“1 month and still waiting. Never receive the refound. U$S 388 due a problem in CFF. Me and my family I feel scammed. Never Cheapflight fare again I will continue with my claim I hope and answer from their “customer resolution team””

“Scam, would never book again even if significantly cheaper Absolutely terrible. Booked flights online and was not given my airline reference number. I had to call their support line (which a real person picked up very quickly). When I called they told me the flight I had booked was actually sold out (which wasn’t true) and then proceeded to come at me with a string of offers starting with a different flight with a long layover. Then I was told I would need to spend an additional 40 dollars, then an additional 10. Each time I declined and asked to be refunded if they were not going to honor what was on my receipt. Each time I was put on hold. Eventually they told me they actually could give me the FLIGHTS I BOOKED at the price I BOOKED THEM AT. Clearly a scam to try and bait you at one price and then switch on the unsuspecting person.”

“They are VERY misleading. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude, and can be downright NASTY. For a representative to tell me that I booked a very cheap flight, so what do I expect .... ???? Plus of course they are India based so communication is difficult at it's best. Basically tell you, you're on your own.”

“La persona que me atendió incompetente me quiso estafar, perdí uno vuelo y en lugar de darme soluciones solo quería cobrarme cosas extras o me decía que mi boleto se vuelta no servía, después me dijeron que no incluían tasas de aeropuerto y esas cosas me quisieron cobrar 45$ de mas nose que intenta vender sus trabajadores pero nunca mas contrato nada con uatedes”

“The total offered was more than prices online. There were no updates to cancelled flights. The email in the system was one created automatically, hence why I didn’t receive any updates. I paid $700 plus in bags alone and wasn’t given anything for my cancelled flight. Might be my first and last booking.”

“SCAM -5/5 stars I had a very difficult time canceling my flight within a 24-hour window with purchased insurance through this website. I spoke with multiple people named "Ryan." Their last names and employee IDs barely differed. Each person provided different information and different solutions. At first I wasn't able to cancel my ticket. Eventually, someone was able to properly cancel my ticket for a fee. The fee was different according to each representative - and finally, I just accepted taking the penalty even though I should have not had to pay $75 to cancel a ticket with insurance. I tried to cancel within a 24-hour period and could not successfully do so. Overall, it was very frustrating and relieved to finally cancel a flight booked through this site. I can only imagine I would continue to have issues with this flight until after my trip. I am lucky to have gotten some money back. I will not be using this website again. My friends additionally had extreme difficulties canceling the same flight. They tried putting us on hold, waiting for a call back from another representative, and even ARGUED with us about canceling our flights. Ridiculous. I will be using my large social media platform to advertise the issues I experienced and to tell people to avoid Cheap Flights Fare.”
