“Cheapflights is a scam. There are hidden fees in your booking. What you see is not what is charged. You are better off booking through the actual airline.”

“I purchased a flight with the full refund option and I didn’t got the full refund, when I purchased in your website says that I have 24 hrs to cancel, when I did cancel before the 23hrs they didn’t give me the refunds cuz the “airlines policy” what is the point to purchase this if you guys are totally scamming people? I won’t be using or recommending this page again.”

“Terrible experience. I originally was booking through the website. I deleted the fill to add myself as a passenger and the website didn’t ask me to enter my name. I booked and added my email. Everything was right, but the passenger info was wrong. I called immediately to change the passenger for myself and spent hours on the phone getting it corrected. Then I was charged $100 for the name change and I did it immediately after booking. Needless to say, I don’t ever want to book with Cheap Flights anymore. Almost missed my flight. I received ny ticket 1.5 hours before my flight was departing.”

“After a 1st time not being able to fulfill the tickets I had purchased, I had to pay an additional $160 for being told that tickets are still unavailable 3 days later!!!! Totally disappointed as generated too much stress. I was able to book the flights I wanted directly with the company.”

“Company tried to cheat me and say the flight price increased. Checked multiple sites and the flight price actually decreased . Then when I called the agent out on it he said he can find a coupon so he can run it at the original rate. I told him to cancel and I booked a with another site”

“You get what you pay for. You want to be stuck in the back of the plane in a middle seat buy a cheap flight ticket. To upgrade to an isle or window seat expect to pay half again what your seat cost while dealing with a person in India. Never again.”

“Awful from start to end. Ended up costing 15% more to use Cheap Flight Fares than it would’ve been directly with the airline. I chose “deal” on Kayak for a certain flight. It put on the wrong name, it changed the flight selected by 12 hr after i booked it and it cost me more. Sheesh! Caution!! Avoid!!! Do not use!!”

“Was hoping as a first-time customer that I would have been able to cancel within 24 hours of purchase and get a full refund. However, I was given a $10 credit. Won't be using it and won't be back to cheap flights. It wasn't even an effort made to try and work with me. It wasn't a flight I wanted to cancel so quickly after booking but things happen. I know now to steer clear of them. Go to Expedia or anywhere else.”
