Disappointed, as at time of booking tried booking two tickets and only one ticket got accepted and booked at the rate shown at the time of booking. Tried calling and chatting with the representative to get the same rate but no resolution.

I would NEVER EVER use this company again. BEWARE! I was sold 2 tickets on Alaska Airlines and was stalled when I inquired about choosing seating. Fist they attempted to to charge me $185 extra for seats. When I complained they asked me to wait on the line. I did. After I got the Alaska Air confirmation number and ticket numbers required to choose my seats I found out I had been sold Bogus fake tickets. Shame on you CFF

While I did get plane tickets through CFF, I had to cancel my credit card because of them...saying they needed to add another $15 the first time ($3/ticket), to which i said "fine", but was a little alarmed. They said confirmation via email (the normal airlines way!) would be coming in 40min. Of course, the background on phone sounds like someone in their bedroom, with an Indian accent like so many of these other scammers, unfortunately. The next morning i checked email, and nothing. I call same number, they say they need to charge $135 due to pricing adjustment (to which i subsequent texts they say is for my added baggage). I said let me check with my cc company first. I call mastercard and, sure enough, several charges trying to go through, including that $135 I didn't say yes to. So i had to have them cancel the card. So i texted back CFF and asked again what those charges were for, they texted back "seat selection and luggage", and "not to worry"--big red flag there. They are liars. I checked with Spirit airlines, thankfully they had my flight and--get this--also my seat selection and bags already! They also sent me email confirmation. Im going direct through Spirit next time. so while your flight may get booked, they'll charge the rest a 2nd time before sending you email confirmation. Thankfully, I got my confirmation direct from Spirit and knew I was good. Never going to this site again. Buyer beware!

I had two experiences with customer service reps. The second rep did great. But I’m very concerned about the first rep scamming. She gave me the wrong total amount and actually added $100 to my balance out of nowhere. I corrected her only because I knew what the airline was charging exactly. She then proceeded to ask for my card number and I asked her to just use the card on file. She said that was not an option so I hesitated continuing the call. She then says hold on I’ll just use the card on file.

The times that my email said for my flight were incorrect. Thankfully, Spirit honored their mistake and got me on the next flight out of LA to DFW. However, it got me into town at 4:30 AM as opposed to 12 AM. I had been dropped off by a friend at the airport at 5PM to make the 7:22PM alleged flight, only to find out that that flight had already left and that it was NEVER at 7:22PM. Next flight out was 11:30PM. I had to spend those hours in the airport by myself. AND GOOD LUCK TALKING TO LIVE CHAT.

They lost my luggage in Orlando where I had the layover and I still don’t have it I want the airline to put my flight money back on the credit card every thing I owned was in my luggage please reply to doverby46@wmconnect.com thank you

Horrible! They allowed me to book a flight that straight up didn't exist??? Which resulted in the airline having to rebook us to a different city - put us up overnight- and arrive the next day. Pay the extra money and just book directly with the airline. LESSON LEARNED - NEVER AGAIN CHEAPFLIGHTSFARES

They charged me an extra $49.71 without my permission. They booked the wrong Airline and I had to threaten them with canceling through my bank before they sent me the wrong e-ticket. I should have cancelled but I spent several hours on the phone with them. And, I should have read the reviews before I booked with them. My bad. This agency is a SCAM

It’s really sad when 1 minor mistake you make there isn’t a grace period to correct it. I booked a flight for someone as the passenger and towards the end, their was a box to check, but I thought it was pertaining to the billing. Once booked and paid for, their system pulled my name and kept the passengers birthday?. I called immediately but it was no way to correct and I had to pay for another ticket. Who has money to throw away?? You can’t be refunded or credited. These 3rd party companies are close to being scammers….won’t use anymore will go and book with airlines. Money I lost could’ve put gas in my vehicle

After purchasing my ticket I received no email confirmation. After some time I began to worry so I called and the price of my flight increased after payment so my flight wasn’t confirmed. That was corrected, but once again no confirmation so I just wanted to cancel the flight and they wouldn’t give a full refund within less than 2 hours of booking.

This company is a total scam. Be very cautious to ever use them. Let me share my experience, I purchased a flight using cheapflightfares on eva airlines and never received a confirmation for multiple days. Finally after 3 days or so I received a confirmation. However, a day later the scammers at cheapflightfares went into further action. They contacted me and said they made a mistake and my flight was not available, and that i need to change flights. They proceeded to tell me they had the exact flight and times on another airline, which i reluctantly agreed to over the phone. However, when i received the new flight, the hours and dates were different. Following this, i looked online and found the original flight is still available online. This company is a scam, please proceed with caution. I was conned by them and share my story so you do not have the same experience. I implore you to never use them and use the airline to book flights directly.

You are either incompetent or uncaring. I have called at least 5 times to correct the ticket purchased, by me as a present for my son. Your “executives” are polite and very apologetic, however, when directed to customer service the also polite representatives, put me on hold and the call drops, or worse yet I’m told that someone “will call me back in an hour” and after 4 hours I have to call back and go through the examination again. Finally, the initial booking, with my son’s name correct, had no carry on bag. The old ticket was cancelled and a new one issued with a $35 each way charge. The latest ticket now has my sons name correct AND no carry on bag! I have been patient and have not asked for anything other than getting this correct and the the communication with regard to the flight be correct so there will be NO problems for him boarding his flight. I expect a return CALL from someone TODAY Oct 6, 2023, from Cheap Flights. If not this will be escalated and will expect more than an apology. Kenneth T. Bait and switch, brought me in with a low fare, bought via credit card, received a message saying there was a problem with the credit card, called them provided the same credit card and was ensured it was ok, received another message the next day to call them again, was on the phone with them for 30 minutes were I was told that prices had raised by 60%, had to provide a credit card again to secure the flight at the higher price. To top it off they charged me a flight insurance fee that was never asked for by me and I had specifically denied in my original request. What state are you licensed under?

I booked for the wrong day and immediately discovered my mistake. So I called the number on my confirmation and requested the change. They said it would cost me the difference of the day, but in looking at the website, the cost was the same. I paid for the free cancellation so I said I would just cancel and then rebook, but the rep said I could only cancel for medical-related reasons. I asked him if it was okay to cancel because I had literally just booked the ticket, and he said that discount airlines aren't required to refund within 24 hours like the big airlines and he wouldn't work with me. He told me it would be $40 extra (on a $100 ticket) but when I pushed him he said he it would only be $14. He had a thick accent so I couldn't tell if he was saying $14 the whole time or not, but when I got the reciept, the cost was the same, but there was an "additional money collected" line item that included the $14 charge. I came away feeling fleeced and like the ticket was a bait and switch. It was a horrible experience.

I had a booking from San Francisco to Singapore that this company messed up. They sent me a confirmation and I selected the seat on United Airlines and thought it was done. Two days later, when I checked on United, my reservation showed as canceled. There was no notice from Cheap Flight Fares of this cancellation. The only reason I found out was because I double-checked with the United website. When I called them, a woman called Hazel started showing attitude and would not accept me wanting to cancel due to their incompetence. She asked for another chance to book the fare which I refused. She then said it could not be canceled since she had already put in for a rebooking. Then she said she was going to hang up on me - which she did! 10 minutes later she called me back to ask me what I wanted and this time said she had put through the cancellation but it would take 7-10 business days for the credit to show up on the card. Abysmal behavior, incompetent service and a total time sucker since our afternoon went into sorting this out. This was an expensive business class ticket - over $3800 - now I am keeping my fingers crossed that they refund me my money. I will never book with Cheap Flight Fares again.
