“I got 2 times very bad experiences, with CheapOair, my flight was canceled and I didn’t get the right refund ,they put me mor that two hours over the phone, after 2 hours they said they will call me the next day and they didn’t, I call them next day and again they put me on hold over the phone an hour and 45 minutes, after 2 weeks later they refund $66 it should be $147 I am mad, I don’t advise anyone to buy tickets from CheapOair”

“This website is a scam. Do NOT book anything from these guys. I spoke with over 10 “customer service reps” who are essentially a bunch of scammers. These people are all based off in India with phone a number that seems to be US-based, however, your call will land in India.
If you made the same mistake that I did, good luck getting any services or you money back.”
“I canceled a flight before the 24-hour window, they charged me the cancelation fee which I understand. I only received part of the initial refund, and a month later I am still waiting for the rest I called, and they told me to email the latest card statement, and I did. I got an email that it had been escalated: a week later I got another email asking for my bank statement again in the same email chain. I called and I got the same answer it has been escalated, no resolution so far.”
“I fly several times a month. I have recently book two flights with CheapOair. The first one, the dates were change during the booking process. The second one, my last name was missed spelled and they wanted to charge $50 to correct it. I refused the charge and called the airline and they did it for free. I have never had these issues before. I feel this site had something to do with it to charge for corrections or to make changes. I will never use their site again.”
