Chewy is the most horrible service. Every time I order, my package is “lost”. it says its delivered, and its no where to be found… keep in mind, I live in an apartment where packages are delivered INSIDE, so I know they are not stolen after delivery. Chewy has never compensated me. I get another delivery and that’s delayed too! Not even a treat for my baby. All I get is “I understand”. I order necessities for my dogs, heart meds and prescription food, things I cant just get anywhere. I think its highly disappointing and devastating that my dogs’ lives could depend on it and chewy doesn't care. I had to spend an extra $40 once because chewy lost my dogs heart meds, and new ones weren't delivered until 3-4 days later.. meds he needs 2x a day, everyday, by the way. My dogs prescription food just disappeared this Wednesday and I still don't have a replacement,because that got delayed too, and I don't even know if it will come tomorrow as stated, because it originally stated delivery would be by today. Once I get my dogs food this is probably my last order. worst customer service ever.

There's no other place where I can leave a review for this, but I interviewed for Chewy and I have to express that I am not satisfied at all. My interviewer Febe Montederamos was exactly like a robot, I wouldn't be surprised if you told me she was a robot. I don't understand how someone like this gets in this position when they're clearly miserable with people just trying to get a job.

I returned an item and have the fedex tracking number. I boxed the dog carrier in its original box and inside another cardboard box. I have the slip from fedex. Chewy is stating the box was empty and will not refund the $50+. so i have to pay for something because someone at chewy states it was empty and/or because someone stole the package. chewy just lost my business

Chewy canceled my order just because they didn't like that I used the promotion code they sent me on email! I spent two days emailing them and finally bought the dog's food in another shop. I will never return to them, and will talk about these greedy people to all my friends. Choose another seller, these guys are just awful, don't trust them, your pets will never receive what they need. Customer service also didn't help. Just AWFUL.

SHAME ON CHEWY! Don't say you care about pets or your customers! If you buy pet food from CHEWY read on on check out these photos. I just ordered 5 cases of prescription cat food for Noah to the tune of several hundred dollars even with autoship discount. They were delivered today. All 5 cases came in one box with no packing materials. When we opened the box every case had dented cans and 3 of the 5 cases had cans so badly damaged that the lids buckled leaving cat food gravy everywhere! I contacted Chewy and sent pictures. This is what I was told... "So sorry. We can send you 1 case replacement." When I replied that was not satisfactory and requested 3 cases be replaced, I was told they would only do that if I returned the damaged, leaking cases! Really? How am I supposed to package up and mail gravy-ladened cat food cans? The pictures don't tell the story?? As I write this my husband is sorting through the cases to determine how many cans we will actually be able to use. I don't use compromised cans of food for us and I won't risk my pet's health or life by giving him food from compromised cans! Needless to ssy, I will not be ordering from CHEWY again. SHAME ON YOU CHEWY!!

Absolute worst customer service. My dog is going through a critical health issue and this company is the worst to deal with. The woman on the prescription diet line argued with me on the prescription my vet put in. In a time like this it’s unbelievable. In addition they took 2 weeks to get his meds out which caused me to have to go to another carrier to get the meds until this finally showed up. The vet approved the meds the day it went in so the delay was complete on them. I would NOT recommend Chewy to use for anyone with an aging pet that needs good care in a timely manner.

No more live representatives to help with customers orders. There is always an issue with orders duplicating and no one answers the phone so you can stop the delivery and get your money back. Also, when you don’t receive something you can’t talk to a person to get a refund or another shipment of the item. I’d give it a zero if I could. I’m waiting home all day just so I can refuse the order. Chewys gone downhill. It’s too bad, because I spend an astronomically amount of money with this company. Thousands! If this situation doesn’t clear up, I will never do business with them again. It’s not worth the stress! Chewy, GET LIVE REPS BACK. Also, You can’t even have a live chat. I hope they are email friendly. If chewy can go back to the way they used to be, I would consider becoming a customer again.

If I could give Chewy a zero, I would. Yet again, they've lost a delivery that is an emergency delivery because Chewy continues to use FedEx, the most incompetent parcel delivery service, after the USPS, hands down.

I tried to order cat litter from Chewy. It has been a while since I used my account and I couldn't access it. I tried resetting my password, no luck. Called the 800 number. They said they couldn't reactive the account unless I could verify an order that I placed in August of 2023 and the last 4 digits of the cc I used. Who does this? I asked if I could create a new account, they said not with the same email. I tried to tell the things we usually ordered from Chewy, but none were correct- which makes me wonder about the account- maybe someone else was using it? All I wanted to do was order some cat litter? Why would a company make it so hard to place an order?

Chewy look at Order #1500216356 and you will see why you get a one star rating. Never again will I purchase something from your company. After spending close to 300.00 + a month I am sure that your competitor would appreciate my business better. You claim that the refund of $354.00 has failed twice but you were able to take the money out with no issues, and I used the same card today (my debit) to buy lunch. You have spent now 31 days trying to issue me a refund - I call BS. Funny that you are not pro active in anyway to contact me about this? Horrible customer service and corporate values. Now can I please get my money back.

I have been on AutoShip and I wanted to order something else. They wanted to charge me two separate shipping charges. Lexi was my representative. She was very rude. I do not recommend this company.

I placed an order on Sunday and received my confirmation email. Later that day, I received a second email (which I didn’t see until days later) needing confirmation of my information. When I called them all they needed was to release my order. There was no actual confirmation needed. However, the representative explained that they do this to prevent fraud. Very frustrating business practice. It’s a $80 order. My order will now arrive later because of this.

We had a bad experience. It has taken two weeks and 7 phone calls between the vet and chewy only to get the same message, it will be there in 1-3 days. It's been two weeks! Our family pet really needs this Medicine daily to save his life and I'm disappointed that they couldn't get their act together to make this crucial decision to get the Medicine to us when they said it was coming in the first place. We will be using a different pet pharmacy from now on.

Today, January 25, 2024 I had the displeasure of speaking to Sarah, one of their pharmacist. Sarah was by far one of the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and condescending people I have ever spoken with. She refused to apologize for my autoship being removed and blamed me for their mistake. She spoke to me in such a mean and belittling manner I requested to speak to someone else. Susan, Customer Service Representative was extremely unfriendly and rude. She is definitely in the wrong field. Kaitlin, Pharmacist Lead was my third transfer. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Kaitlin apologized for the oversight and went above and beyond to assist me. She was exceptional and extended amazing customer service!

Unfortunately, I cannot rate 0 stars. Pharmacy Service is HORRIBLE! Customer Service Reps and Supervisors are very friendly and helpful but Pharmacy is totally incompetent. We have been calling Chewy every 2 or 3 days since January 8, 2024 trying to a get Symparica Trio prescription filled. It is now January 22 and we still do not have the prescription. We get promise after promise with no results. We have been told 4 - FOUR times it would be here tomorrow. After one of the "it will be here tomorrow" we received a phone call 3 days later asking if we want the prescription filled. If they hadn't even filled it 3 days after talking to Chewy, how was it going to be here 2 days BEFORE they started filling it? BTW - we were told again this evening that it will be here tomorrow I HEARD THAT BEFORE! I'm not sure how I can complete the info below - THE ORDER STILL IS NOT HERE!

What has happened with Chewy’s Customer Service? Our rescue was spending thousands of dollars a year with Chewy, for many years. Recently, had several order issues, missing item, damaged item, all caused by poor packing of orders. Apparently, that put our account on some sort of “these folks are criminals” watch. Most recently, we ordered two bottles of a liquid supplement. Chewy shipped the liquid on its side, no packing, rolling around in a box. By the time it arrived, it was leaking all over the inside of the box. I contacted what used to be Chewy’s great customer service, I had photos to send in case they wanted them, and I simply wanted to return the damaged, leaking bottles for new ones. Instead, I received a cut and paste type of response that Chewy would need to open an investigation with FedEx and to allow several weeks for that to be done. Then, as added insult, a cutesy ending about giving Custer a belly rub. We don’t have a Custer and never have. I replied, again explaining that it wasn’t a FedEx issue, the outside shipping box was in perfect condition. I again received a generic response, basically telling me too bad, an investigation was initiated and to allow several weeks. This left us without the dog’s supplemental, which I ended up needing to make a thirty minute drive to buy. It has now been over three months, still no response from Chewy on the “investigation.” Apparently, Chewy will not honor their return policy, so they basically stole $60 from our rescue with incompetent shipping and refusal to take any responsibility or willingness to exchange the damaged items. Our rescue finally sent a request to close our account and wow, within a few days, an email from Chewy’s it department that they had deleted our account as requested. Not one person at Chewy ever even asked why. So much for the “Chewy Cares,” in regard to “helping” rescues. I am so sad to see what Chewy has become. No choice but to go through our credit card company for a refund.
