“I had ordered a good few dresses after hearing the sizes weren't great so I had a few dresses in 2 different sizes turned out one was to big the other was to small so had to return them all. I am still wanting on the refunds and I bought through clear pay so now stressing I am going to have to pay this big amount that I actually don't really have. I no this is my mistake but I just assumed it would be refunded like every other site 😬 absolutely would not ordered from again mostly for the fact the return time is ridiculous says to wait up to 21days never heard anything like it in my life but also the sizing Is awful which is a shame cause the dresses are beautiful.”

“Chichi used to be good year ago but now the people who answer the phones are rude and they have dodgy practices. It's absolutely run into the ground. Take my advice stay clear. After not recieving my dress and the prospect of being out of pocket I will never even glance at their dresses again”

“I ordered two sizes of a dress, when it came I didn’t like the quality of the material. I’ve waited almost a month for a refund, still waiting. Very frustrating and off putting for future orders.”

“Awful customer service. I've bought regularly from them in the past but wont be buying from them again. Bought 2 dresses for my daughter and my wife , however they didnt fit so i returned them. Unfortunately the returm fell 1 day outside the return window and i was told a refund would not be given. I was them asked to pay another £6 to have my dresses posted back to me or alternatively they would very kindly 'dispose of them' ie: resell them. Both dresses are now on vinted😡 Avoid avoid avoid”

“Ordered 2 dresses and paid by debit card, dresses were lovely, but the fit wasn't good, so returned both dresses separately, 3 days after sending them back i received an email saying they had received my items and refund would be within 21 days from that day, i got my refund 20 days later, so in total 23 days which is such a poor service when you have money waiting to go back in your current account, never have i known a company to take so long on a refund, therefore i will not be ordering again”

“I recommend it to anyone who wants to buy clothing better to avoid shopping from chi chi London because it’s awful and also when you returned the clothes to the chi chi London keep the Receipt at the safe place otherwise, you lose your money and it is happened to me £57 🥲”

“Honestly, the styles online look amazing. The quality is not the best for the prices. The dress had bits of cotton hanging. I personally had to return the dress due to it not fitting properly. I ordered for my wedding bridesmaids. I was refused a refund due to it being received a few days later than their policy. Which is poor customer services because it didnt fit and the fact the cotton was all hanging out of the material. At least with bigger companies like Next, you will never get these types of issues!”

“I will never buy from here again. I brought a bridesmaid dress for my Daughter to wear at my Dads Wedding. Which arrived at the same time as my Dad was taken to ICU and ventilated due to COVID. Understandably I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to be looking at things for my Dads wedding that at the time he was unlikely to survive. 3 months later thankfully he came out of his coma and survived. At this point I looked at the dress which was advertised as champagne but was actually dusky pink which didn’t match the wedding theme at all and all the items already purchased. The dress is still being sold by the company and has all its original packaging and tags so I kindly explained the situation my family had been in and the reason for the delay and was met by a brick wall of “there’s nothing we can do it’s outside the return policy” which I was aware of but expected some discretion and decency considering the situation my family has found themselves in. A small gesture of return would have had zero impact on this company but would have meant the world to my family who have experienced financial difficulty as my Dad has been so unwell and been unable to work due to his illness. Shame on your morals and unwillingness to make an exception in such rare circumstances. Truly hurt and disappointed in such awful customer service.”

“Poor sizing poor quality, the material looked and felt more like an umbrella or shower curtain material,very very poor. Knowing that I want get my refund back if sent back I just gave to charity shop.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM CHICHI LONDON!!!!!! I haven't received order yet, I should have known better in the first place as this is my second time being screwed over by them. The first was at the start of this year when I ordered 3 flower girl dresses, one arrived within a week, the other two over 2 months later and were different quality and colours, as if manufactured by different companies?? It caused me great stress and anxiety coming up to my wedding...i stupidly ordered from them again (another flowergirl dress as it was too late to change them for my wedding) and another dress for myself...i am STILL waiting!!!!! Then i received an email which basically blamed the current covid situation, which is laughable really considering I have received other online purchases on time from the UK and US. I am an online shopper, I love it, but can categorically say that I will never ever order from Chichi London again. The worst online shop ever.”

“Having trouble getting the correct amount of refund. To start with i ordered 11 bridesmaids dresses . Only 10 arrived but i was charged for the 11. After calling to complain 1 was missing they refunded me straight away. Good i thought at least that was sorted . But no , when i returned 6 of the remaining dresses they said that they had already refunded the one. Which they hadn't they had refunded me the missing one. Now i am on week 3 of sending and receiving of emails . Someone in the customer service cannot do their maths. It is soo frustrating trying to get the refund off them. They also changed my paypal receipt saying oops made a refund too early , which was the missing dress, which they decided to back track and take off me. I am fed up to the back teeth of this company . The weddjng plans were going smoothly up until this point.”

“Unfortunately, my delivery was nowhere to be seen after 2 weeks from ordering although I had paid for delivery 3-5 days. I contacted the company and the customer service was rude and non apologetic. I was assured that my order was dispatched as next day delivery. 5 days later I still hadn't received my order. The event I wanted the dress for had been and gone by this point. My order was cancelled and a refund was given, which in fairness did arrive quickly. Would not order from here again.”

“Very bad experience with return. Never received the money for the dress I sent back because the return option for my country is ''untracable return'' so they can't trace where my dress is and I sent it back almost 2 months ago. So apparently I will never see that money back. I don't recommend anyone to order from here unless they're 100% sure it will fit them.”

“Very bad experience with chichi london.delivery was late, and i havent recived waht i paid for.well i recived bikiny bottom without thentop.they dont want to send me the top i paid for!very poor customer service, it takes ages to get answer from them, the are rude!definitelly dont recommend .it is a nightmare!”

“Very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered the Floral Jacquard Midi Dress. I am usually a size 10 in clothing, so I ordered this size again. However I do sometimes need to size up in some items, so I ordered a 12 as well just in case. Wow. They both arrived and absolutely reeked of chemicals (not too much of an issue as the items can be washed). But, the size 10 & 12 were exactly the same size! I couldn’t believe it. They also both did not fit at all. Nor did they look like the image. They were so much longer than shown. For this item to fit I would have probably needed a size 16 even though I usually always take a size 10! Very disappointed. Especially when the item was priced at £85 and thread was hanging off too. Poor quality and does not cater at all for bigger women, what size would a size 16 need? Especially considering that is the largest size you do in this item. Not an inclusive brand at all. Even with so many brands now catering to women of all shapes and sizes. Do not purchase unless you’re stick thin. This brand makes you feel bigger than you are! Will not be purchasing again.”

“I am not happy at all. I sent my first dress back to them and the second one they sent back had pit stains that looked like oil. Clearly, someone had worn the dress and in COVID19 times, I am not happy to share body fluids with other people. When I contacted them to tell them about it, they said they can only give me 20% from the dress but not much else unless I return the dress. The wedding is on Friday and I am a bridesmaid. I cannot resend the dress in case it does not return on time. Please don't use these guys. They are not reliable at all and will send you unwashed dresses other people have worn.”

“When I ordered this dress it was available on your website!!! My engagement is in less than two weeks and now you send me email saying my order has been cancelled because somehow you don’t have the dress!!!! If you are that irresponsible and careless about your customers next time don’t put items on website you don’t even have! I am so disappointed and will NEVER recommend this company.”
