“Absolutely shocking, rude and ignorant customer services. Still waiting almost 30 days for a refund, even though they have confirmed my order was received weeks ago, blaming COVID. Then asked me for proof of returns!! AFTER they had confirmed my items were received and which items they were!!!!! Funnily enough no other problems with other online retailers. Will never use again and will be taking it further if I don't get my money. Thieves.”

“I also have the same bad experience with this company after 30 days of the return , they still don‘t give back my money. After I saw that the customer service refuse to give me a clear answer I thought maybe if I wrote a comment on instagram they will answer me seriously, although I just wrote a polite comment and ask why you don‘t give me back my money after 30 days, they deleted my comment immediately and after that they blocked me 😳Still in schock that I lost 107 Euro on this purchase.If they were trustworthy, they should never delete my comment and block me rather than they must try to solve the problem. I would never buy anyyyyything from chi chi london again. I also decide to claim the matter to paypal because it is possible chichi london continue to fraud other costumers until such trustworthy Company (PayPal) keep working with them. If you ordered by paypal start claiming your dissatisfaction to PayPal.”

“Do not order here! I had ordered a dress that was cut very strangely and therefore went back! I was allowed to pay the proud price of 15 Euros for the return shipping myself, but okay, I knew that! But now it comes: On September 22nd, I was confirmed that the good has arrived and that I would get my money back after 14 days! Nothing happened !!! Then it was said: No, it will take 30 days !! Nothing happened !!!! Now 31 days have passed, I have paid for the dress, plus the return shipping and now I have NEITHER DRESS NOR MY MONEY !!!!!!”

“I ordered a dress from Chi Chi that arrived faulty with a split seam. Sent it straight back and have been chasing and chasing them for my refund! After speaking to their Customer Service team, Nicola promised me a full refund of the dress, including the postage! I have now, finally, been refunded the price of the dress but they are refusing to refund my postage cost because it was delivered on time! I do not care whether it has arrived on time or not, the product was not fit for purpose therefore why should I not receive a refund of the postage costs. They are an absolute joke of a company, with rude customer service that promises things and then cannot deliver. Avoid this company at all costs!”

“I would choose to give no stars if they have an option. Just the worst online shopping experience i never had. I purchase £340 wroth of dress and unfortunately have to return all. I didnt got full refund after waiting for a month. when I talked to customer service they refer me to klarna saying I have done payment through them and chichi London cant help about it i have to call Klarna. when i called Klarna they asked me to go back to CHICHI London as they havent processed with the full payment. I again have to call back to CHICHI London and finally they sort out the issues. I found customer service was not helpful at all and wasnt even apology for their mistake. would not recommended. very unsatisfied.”

“I ordered a package on March 12th, i returned the items and proof of postage showed it arrived back with Chichi March 25th. I waited a while for the refund and heard nothing, customer services then informed me it could be 20 days from the return before refund. 20 days came and went and finally May 5th I get an email saying the refund is on the way and to wait another 14 days! Eventually on May 18th I got a refund. Unfortunately my initial order had included a preorder dress that wasn't meant to be dispatched until late May. After my refund issues and knowing the event I'd purchased it for was now most likely cancelled I contacted Chichi requested the preorder be cancelled so I could avoid the returns mess they seem to be operating. My email was ignored with no response and a week or so later the dress appeared at my door. I have since returned the dress and somewhat more efficiently this time received an email to say I'd be refunded in 7-10days. On day 10 I contacted Chichi only to be told no that email was wrong wait until day 14 for the refund. Today is day 14 still no refund and no help from customer services who are oblivious to sorting the issue. This company are an inefficient mess. Do not shop with them if you ever want to see your money in a timely fashion. These are not cheap dresses and the service needs to be better for the price tag. I would also add that sadly the price doesn't match the quality at all.”

“Shocking customer service! I ordered 2 dresses (flower girl dresses) both had to be returned due to postponed wedding with current situation. Like many others trying to get refund is ridiculous. Been told VARIOUS stories when its been processed (3 different dates) & when it should reach my account. Dresses lovely BUT customer service terrible. Do not order!”

“Worst company ever! They claim that they provided the refund on 28th of April for £113, now it's 24th of May and still no refund on my PayPal account... I just opened a case with PayPal and hope for the best. Please don't buy from them! Scammed company!”

“You are ok buying but when it comes to returns, absolutely shocking service. It’s a nightmare to get a refund, just warn you . Check reviews everyone says the same , if it fits an you like it brilliant. But any faults or anything else . Be warned !!!! When you phone it’s disabled, email is a joke they do reply 2 days later. With then asking same questions wots your email that they already have . Prof of return why? We just want the refund, talk about drag your feet, anything to delay it joke”

“For German Customer!!! Bitte mit sehr viel Vorsicht auf dieser Seite bestellen. Wir haben für unseren Retour über 400€ bezahlt über Paypal, nach 3 Monaten immer noch nicht das Geld zurückgeschickt bekommen. Trotz Erhalt von Retourschein... Es scheint hier wirklich was richtig schief zu gehen. Das Unternemen meldet sich nicht. Achtung Abzocke der ausländischen Kunden. Wir werden es an unseren Rechtsschutz weiter geben.”

“The customer service very rude and… The customer service very rude and unhelpful. I called them today (wednesday 26/02) to upgrade my delivery to be next day delivery and they send me email my package being dispatched instead and said I can’t amend my order. I’m not asking for free, I’m willing to pay extra for next day delivery. They can’t even help with this simple request! The girl I spoke on the phone speak in high voice and over talk me. No service given from this company.”
