“After trying for 3 days to download and install the keys i finaly went through and installed it with the run progran all downloaded well without using your way of download. so yes i did get it downloaded and its working ok, thanks.”

“Initially thought I had a problem with the keys. Wrote to customer support. They answered quickly and I found the problem was on my side and not theirs. The keys they delivered worked well and were just what was advertised.”

“Only purchased 2 items so far, Windows key was easy. Then tried a game key. I'm not in the first flush of youth but I have been around computers for about 40 years. I had a problem finding the download and was about to go down the refund route, I tried more online advice and eventually was pointed to my library on the Microsoft store. - Success I do think that the info available on the CJS website could be fuller in respect of the large variety of experience which customers have. All good now!”

“They key worked well and was good value. One small problem was that I got an error message saying the transaction had failed, but a few minutes later I got an email indicating it was successful, and. I was able to download the key”
