“Customer support takes forever, I never get any response from them when it comes to updates and follow ups. My refund went on for a whole month. I want my money refunded not turned into store credits. If I don't get my money back, I'll just never buy anything from this website anymore.”

“Bought a call of duty copy and paid £20 extra for the vault edition as it was advertised as instant delivery on release date. I triple checked this before purchasing as most of their games have a 72hr delay. As soon as the confirmation came through, I was emailed to say theres a 72 hour delay and since complaining, they have said they advertised it as instant but it isnt. So because they lied now I have to wait and are telling me its fine and i should just wait. I've asked for a refund and its been ignored. AWFUL service.”

“Product was incorrectly listed as a steam key when infact it was a steam gift which never was sent after going through the overly complex instructions. Support was contacted and did not resolve the issue. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!”

“Bad post-purchase service since I have tried to contact them to solve the problem that I have bought a key for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Ultimate Edition and they have given me the standard version and they do not give me any solution. They answered my first message but they haven't said anything to the others.”
