“First key didn't work, second key didn't work (both refunded), and third finally worked. The keys do work but some don't I guess, they were quick-ish to sort it all out.”

“It took 3 seperate keys to finally get a working one.with 12+ hour replies in between made it painful but I got a working code in the end and saved 200 bucks so I’m happy. And would use again”

“Tried to buy Office key because after having to reset my computer my office suite 13 vanished and I had lost the activation details. Anyway thought £7.99 was an ok amount to get it back, unfortunately, it didn't work for me and the support was confusing so gave up, put the loss of £7.99 down to my ignorance and purchased a 2016 Office CD from another company which worked like a dream. Suggest you pnly use CJS CD Keys if you are fully computer literate and can understand the jargon.”

“First order requires security check. Im ok with that but the SMS code you sent to 2 different numbers were both wrong and said I input them incorrectly when I ensured I had. Had to resort to the ID route. Code eventually was unlocked this morning (context is I ordered at 23:30ish and code was unlocked 10:30ish so if in daytime I dont think the gap would be so big) I copied my code to my notes which im glad I did because when I went back to check it it changed to processing order and wont show my code! Autokey seems to have some issues. It may be just with new customers but still its a issue that needs addressing. All in all I got the product in the end but it was a headache to get there and if I hadn't copied the code I still wouldn't have my product.”

“Been using this website on a regular basis, but one of the two products that I would REGULARLY purchase has had a price increase which is very very disappointing. Will have to look somewhere else which is a shame. Overall the website is excellent and easy to use.”

“Price and speed of "potential" availability excellent and only marred by "awaiting payment" delay when payment was IMMEDIATE via PayPal. Link to fix the problem DOESN'T WORK Raise a support ticket for "immediate response" and wait 24 hours at least. If you get a problem the "support" is incompetent/useless. Despite this the prices are absolutely excellent and ignoring the "awaiting payment" site fault, the supply is very quick and easy.”

“I bought the wrong product key (Windows 10 Home, without knowing this laptop has Pro installed!). I couldn't use it. I asked if I could get an exchange. They said they they could re-sell the product key if it was unused, which it was. I had to wait a couple of weeks and then email them back to ask if it had sold so that I could finally get the right product key. So It took a while to resolve but it is sorted out now. I guess, just be careful you're downloading the right product key because if you make a mistake it might take a couple of weeks to sort out. The system also said that I could ask for a refund (if I had gone ahead and bought the right product key straight away on top of the first one), but with a £1 fee. I'm glad it's all sorted out now but my experience was so-so.”

“Checked with trustpilot and all seemed ok. Then it wouldn’t accept my phone number for verification, then told me the code sent to my sons phone was ‘mismatched’. Had to put the phone number in twice, and the verification code in twice. There was even a ‘give up’ button! I can see how some may just accept that it won’t work and write off their money.”

“They have been faultless in previous transactions however this time there was an issue with the PayPal payment that meant I didn't get the code for 2 days, as I only order codes when a product is needed it was very unhelpful, customer services did sort the problem out and as previously stated this has never been a problem before.”

“Bought 12 month xbox gold live, key is not automatic, took 8 hrs to eventually get code, after a couple of emails, need to change their advertising or inform key may take a little while to come through,so to stop making people feel they have been scammed”
