“Good price for the game I was looking for and I had no issues with the key. However, the delivery method was not as smooth as I was expecting: I had to accept a friend request from CJS CD KEYS on my Steam account and then the game was sent to me as a "GIFT" from a friend. CDKEYS.com has a smoother delivery (they just send you a picture of the code) and it is, in general, an easier transaction. Please improve that.”

“Possibly harder than opening a bank account in Switzerland (SMS codes didn't work, had to send multiple personal ID documents under incredibly strict and complicated rules to get my key) and they bribe you to get positive reviews, but support was fast (on a weekend) and it ultimately worked following their instructions.”

“I've had no issues with the site or company, actually find it easy to navigate and when I needed customer service they sorted it quickly easily would have been 5 stars if I wasnt brought here by email asking me to give a good review, that email=-2*”

“Always had fantastic service using this website, which I bought codes from often, until one point. I purchased a CD key code for Civilization VI that did not work as it had been used. After proving viw screenshots etc that the game/code hadn't been used. It took me over 8 months to get reimbursed. This was simply by emailing every single day until the issue was resolved. I got the impression they were just ignoring me in the hope I would go away. Naturally very reluctant to use this site since. However I have made some small purchases that have been fine.”

“I had some issues with getting the key but they worked to resolve this and it worked out fine in the end. Be cautious ringing the phone number listed on the website - it whacked my mobile phone bill hard.”

“"We got there in the end" Unfortunately purchased Sims 4 Island living expansion pack for my better half. I purchased a key that was already redeemed to my surprise.. even though after reading all these reviews i still rolled the dice. luckily i I had this issue resolved in less then 12 hours, i posted a support ticket requesting a refund then raised paypal escalation. it seemed to of worked like a sharp hard kick to the balls. i received store credit and reordered the key which worked. Give it a go”
