“The key was activated over the phone. HOWEVER, the description for the product, Office Professional Plus 2019, did not state that in the description. takes 5 minutes or so over the phone. please adjust the description as i did read this to make sure it wasn't an account but was a key.”

“the code works, and is cheeeeeeap.... the only problem was with the auto collection process. you need an account to use this, and i had to reset my password as I must have missed a step somewhere. this could be made more prevalent with a quick pop up, or a blatant note before payment. other than that, no complaints.”

“The purchased key worked and windows was correctly activated without phone activation, sketchy sites or workarounds, but after purchasing the key delivery was not immediate. The site stated the item was out of stock, and the key was only delivered six hours after the purhase”
