“1st key didn’t work but when I contacted customer service they refunded and I repurchased and the second one worked fine. Support was quick considering it was by email. Would use again.”

“order was not in stock. stocked up within 4 hours of payment. support resolved a payment issue within 3 days. overall happy, hopefully there won't be any issues with the key.”

“The anti fraud system is a little wonky. It told me my phone was not legitimate and asked for another phone number. I had to call my girlfriend and use hers then the authentication code was not accepted. I thought i was getting scammed but customer support fixed everything in less than a day. I saved over 40 bucks so i guess it was worth it! My overall experience was positive.”

“I pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 and wanted to get it at least a day before it came out so I could download it but I got it the day the game came out Overall the purchase was successful and the code arrived and I downloaded the game thank you very much”

“Ordered cyberpunk 2 days ago thinking that the code will be shipped 12-24 hours before hand as per stated. And off course no delivery. Checked at midnight around 3am, saying it's back ordered. Sent an email and was wondering should I cancel it because of all the bad comments in FB and trustpilot. So I walked till this morning, then the code arrives. To improve your service you need to be more transparent and responsive. Simple as that. Because as a consumer, we are not being able to see what is the process you guys are taking. So instant feedback with honestly is the best solution for your business.”

“Happy with the service, it could be a little be slow, cause of product availability, but always delivers. The best thing is that you can found games at very cheap price. Got my Cyberpunk the day after release for example.”
