As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

“Exceptional service. Fast and well-packed delivery. I particularly appreciated the personal phone call soon after I placed the online order to check if the product was the correct type. I recently inherited an authentic 3 weighted West German-made Cuckoo Clock and needed to know how to oil it and maintain it. The Clockshop service and knowledge engendered both confidence and joy. These are not simple (nor cheap) clocks and are quite the thing to experience with the right small level of TLC.”

“After a brief phone call to enquire about chiming quartz movement, l received great advice and what accessories would fit. When l received the parts in matter of 4 days it arrived in Melbourne and was everything l expected. My old mantle clock has taken pride and place on mantelpiece where it belonged.”

“When my special clock with reverse movement gave up after many years, I wanted to replace the movement. Although I easily found it on your website, I wasn't too sure about the sizing and whether I needed new hands. Luckily, I don't live too far, so I took a trip to your shop in Montville. The staff was very helpful, sourced all the parts needed – and even installed it all for me. Great customer service, thank you!”

“I was searching the internet for a supplier of a particular quartz clock movement and found the Clock Shop website ... it had everything and more of what I needed to know. Subsequently, I placed my order after making sure I had chosen the right movement and in a matter of a few days, it was delivered to my home. I made short work of the installation and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for such a well laid out website.”
