I have been spending up to $800 per month with Coles. I received an email that states at the top my name and here's $25 off when you spend $100.I placed an order yesterday total cost $400 plus and did not receive the $25 off I rang and spoke to customer service and the guy said it will come off when you receive your invoice. Order came today and no $25 off rang Coles and they said I wasn't entitled to the discount and its in the terms and conditions that it only apply's to Unilever products. What a joke I had to scroll to the very end of the email and in very fine print it was mentioned. SHAME on you Coles misleading and GOODBYE My $800 per month will never cross your online service again Supervisor would not even come to the phone.

This week's debacle - Coles failed to deliver my shopping as they say they were not able to process my payment when the bank statement shows that payment was received and then returned at Coles initiative according to the back whom I believe is telling the truth - even if they now could process the payment they cannot deliver on the same day - no grocery this week from Coles. Last delivery they placed my goods on the ground when there was specific instruction in writing to place my deliveries on a trolley just inside the door. These people are hopeless, I will sell my Coles shares.

I went to Coles Parkhill Not a single cashier I see no good reason to scan and pack my groceries. It’s getting worse I have a bad heart and came home furious with Coles having the lack of staff. Im going to have to find somewhere else to shop.. Terrible experience

Every time I use a delivery partner, the frozen items are left at the store. I had to ring three times over six hours, and was given the same BS that it would be delivered soon. Ended up asking for a refund. No accountability from Coles or DoorDash – “that’s all they gave me.” How about teaching your staff some initiative? Coles - you’ve lost a subscriber and customer.

Multiple times Springvale coles wasted my time closing 1 hr early when advertising trading hours, never again i am pressed for time as i work for a living . How do i bill them for it . As the executive s would. I pay your bonuses as a customer, ALDI for my family’s grocery

I have spent over $500 with Coles online and I ordered 2 pkts of coles mushrooms they arrived today after 7pm and the expiry date is the 24/12 I rang and they sent me a link to speak with an agent via chat first one dropped out and second agent informed me that you only get a 2 day expiry on items but puzzled these would have been marked down in store it appears all online orders get the rubbish sent to them Wake up Coles get some customer service people and show then how to answer a call I’m done with their nonsense 😡😡😡

Coles customer service now informs customers they can no longer request a product to be brought back. This level of service shows customers they mean nothing to Coles and is a very poor reflection on company performance suffering under bad management.

Refunds are not given when products are not available. This is disgraceful behaviour. Botts reply to emails and send you on a circular process.

The Coles store in Edwardstown South Australia is extremely RACIST! I haven't actually notice it before in all the 26 years of shopping at this Coles store, but now that I think about it this store hires mostly only WHITE Australians (I had only ever seen one person of ethnicity working there) and though this is not the first time that I have had such UNPLEASANT experience at the store, this one takes the cake!!! So what happened was just now at around 12:45pm SUNDAY 9TH OF OCTOBER 2022, I had a shopping bag that was getting a bit heavy so decided that I will need to go and get myself a shopping trolley. I had put my shopping back along with all the items that belong to Coles at the front of the store and as I was walking out through the customer service check out to go and get a shopping trolley that was RIGHT NEXT TO the checkout counter, this EXTREMELY RACIST AND AGGRESSIVE WHITE WOMAN stopped me and asked to check my bag, and I TOLD her I was going to just grab a trolley, but she insisted to look into my bag anyway. This bag had things which I had bought from Food Land and even though she was LOOKING AT THE DAMN RECEIPT that says FOOD LAND on it! She still asked me "is this from Food Land?" WTF????!! like what? She can't read? It sounded like because I look ASIAN she wanted to accuse me of stealing??? Look! checking my bag is not a problem, I am always happy to comply because I am NOT a THIEF!!! But the fact that I had already TOLD her that I was getting a trolley, and her aggressiveness toward me and insistent on checking my bag, WTF!!!!!! I felt most unsafe and insulted!!! To think that this kind of RACISM still exists in Australian in the year 2022, a country that BOAST itself to be MULTICULTURAL, I am most disappointed! Will be shopping at Woollies from NOW ON!!

I ordered 7 items from Coles online on August 22nd for click & collect from Vermont South Coles on Wed 24th. The order status looks all normal and showed ready to be collected on 24th. So I went to Coles Vermont South, and was told they don't serve online orders. I didn't collect anything but the Coles App showed "Order collected". I called Coles hotline 1800455400 again and reported their system error and explained the whole situation. The customer service rep suggested me to order the same items again and choose home delivery, and then call back for a refund of the differences. However, after I paid the order and called back, the customer service lady couldn't refund and told me she would get their management to call back. No one called me back until now even though I've called Coles a couple of times. Today when I called Coles again, the customer service lady told me she was instructed to cut off my call asap. I was shocked at how Coles treats their customers, and will never purchase from Coles again.

My complaint is in regards to the security offices they have at the Shepparton Coles. When I first entered the building I purchased an item went to the counter and the security officer was leaning all over the bench or the counter and he instructed the staff not to serve me. He then face me and begin to call out obscenities and profuse language. I had looked at the staff and said are you listening to this she said it has nothing to do with me. So I left the item now and walked out while I was walking out the security officer continued on calling me profanities thinking that I was someone who knew. I walked outside into the car park and he followed me continuing to yell out rude profanities. I had to stop so he didn’t come to the car while he continued to yell out at the front of Coles. I have this all on video. I had rang Coles headquarters twice So far with no reply. They said the investigating it. I said why are the security in there they said they have nothing to do with it because it is a contracted company so Coles said they have no powers over who they put on? I have video footage of the entire event. I am considering posting it up on YouTube

I had unfortunately left cigarettes that I had paid for behind at the cash register. Came back next day and they had them on record. Even exact packet with a sticky note waiting for me. 5 Stars Coles Armstrong Creek. Thankyou for your great service.

My favorites cashier at Albany Creek was fired after 19 years of service. I will NEVER shop with Coles again! :(

I have used Coles Online for 6 months out of need, between health and age etc, I am forced to used on line shopping... Over the 6 months they are yet to get an order right!! I have spent hours on the phone to then, not only there 1800 number but to the store as well... I have taken a loss of $$'s becouse it was easer to do then the fighting to get the items missed... My last order I made some head way, or did I?? As always an ithem missing, on the phone and 1 hour later they said they would deliver the missing item... now remember I orded the item payed for it as well as paying there delivery fee..... so now they will send the missing item, but have billed me for the item and a second delivery fee!!! a double dip of the money pot!! I have got to ask, are they doing this so they can make the extra $$'s you spend to get items you should have got the first time... My last work for coles shopping is DON'T!!! Do Not shop with coles!!!

Never use the partnered delivery service! every time the driver has got lost and has no idea how to get to the nominated delivery address. Hardest part is the multiple drivers not speaking English, which then makes it impossible. Yet the Coles delivery truck has no issues what so ever!

Hard website but that's OK but more than half of order not delivered, but charged for. When I emailed they said check your invoice, I did but it's easy to know what you purchased and when none of your fruit and vegetables for a family turn up!

Missing products when you order a home delivery. When you ask them to send it to you, they simply say no because it's only one product and it doesn't cover the delivery fee. I can't trust a supermarket that doesn't give me what I pay for..

If I can't pickup 2 Small packs of Toilet paper for a staff of 9 after trying for a week.....now you you have it you won't sell it......I guess the trademen and ladies can just use the car park hose.....at Coles.

Customer care keep cutting me off or putting me back to the original message. I have a case number and have been waiting for 3 weeks for a responce. Business and consumer affairs have told me it is a police matter. I suspect Coles customer "care" are behaving this way because they know their staff are guilty.
