“Very good sofa covers for Ikea sofas that we couldn't find anymore. Our sofa looks new again. The only think to improve is that they should inform that you need to pay the import tax at customs because the goods come from Hong Kong.”

“The package was very neat and compact making use of the wonderful Royal Mail delivery service,with a cloth bag protecting the cushion covers with a nice note with my name on it”

“Now that I've had these covers for a couple of months I have to say that I'm very happy with the quality. I do plan to buy more of them. My only complaint is some of them felt a little lose (slightly too big) on my cushions, but not too painfully obvious to those who sit on them.”

Hi there Rob, it seems that you're facing this issue because your cushions have been compressed over time and hence, the covers seem a bit loose. You can alleviate this issue by putting your cushion inserts out in the sun to decompress and the covers should fit nicely.

“Service was great however a bit pricy and it was difficult to find the correct matching fabric and color. Now we have bit different colour and a different fabric. It looked like a match on-line though. It works great however not looking that nice.”

Hi Stefan, we're sorry that the covers didn't turn out as you'd had in mind. The images of samples on our site can vary from the actual batch of fabric. We do encourage our users to get physical samples of the fabric so that they would be able to experience the color, texture and feel of the fabric before actually getting the covers made. :)

“First I have to say the customer service from Comfort Works was terrific. Even when they sent only half my order of two pairs of custom arm rest covers, they expressed shipped the other pair to me and I had it just a few days later. Not bad for living half way around the world. Oh, and I forgot to mention they looked and fit great! Steve R. USA”

“There we’re s lot of choices to fit the needs of my sofa. Comfort Works customer service and support is great. However be prepared to wait a long time for your purchase to arrive since it’s outside of the US.”

“Excellent covers, feel soft, easy to fit. Didn't give five stars as they took longer to arrive than expected BUT I was told that they had rejected the first material as it was not up to standard so maybe as a positive they should have 5.”

“Excellent customer service throughout. The team provided me with a local number for the courier so that delivery problems (the courier 4PX was not great with communication) could be easily sorted out. The slipcover for my Lycksele double sofabed fits well and looks great. There is a small bump along the centre seam where the join is not lying flat like the rest of the seam, but it is barely noticeable - I only mention it for care with future orders. Thank you, Comfort Works!”

“Comfort Works customer support is excellent. They supported me in the choice of the right cover, I was often updated on the status of my order and they kept every promise they made. Ordering fabrics is a very good idea helping you taking the final decision on you cover. The cover was easy to assemble and fit well on the sofa. With minimal effort, I have now a new sofa at a reasonable price.”

“Hi! I got my sofa cover which fits perfect, so it was great chance to be able to have a "new" sofa, to my old ikea sofa by buying the new cover!! The only bad news was that I was sure every cost was included, instead I had to pay Italian customs, which in the end cost 39 euros for a sofa cover with shipment included of 139 euros. So in proportion, it was a lot of money...”

“I ordered leather cushion covers. The leather is super soft! And the color a great match! But somehow it was not the same “type” of leather as the original sofa(which was a thicker, stiffer leather), so the sofa did not look as “shaped/streamlined” in the new covers, and does not look as nice as the original. The quality and customer service however is five stars!”
