“Hi I was trying to get a quote for a new car. I had to wait in a queue behind 39 other callers. I was then directed to the portal with a set of instructions that did not work. I was asked to repeat the same process on the portal which did work on the second occasion but my quote was way higher than other providers.”

“H1 was verry hellpful and muy only complaint would be the duratioj of the chat was over 20 minutes as the gaps between responses was often 2 minutes! Didn't feel like a "live"chat.”
