Phone wait time was quite long. Once connected though, advisor was knowledgeable and professional. Advisor said I would hear a message at the end which I had to listen to as it formed payment if the terms and conditions but no message played.

ET3 was really, really helpful after I had been misinformed and then completely aired by Umar T. I got great service from ET3 in the end but generally was really not impressed to get a significant increase on my renewal quote which was immediately discounted when I found a better deal elsewhere. This is not how to treat customers. I think One Call offer a great service and we love that it is from Donnie but I have spent hours this afternoon to sort out my renewal which is just not helpful. Got there in the end

I would give Sean C 5 out of 5 for his service but One Call itself 1 out of 5. How hard is it to do a simple thing like contact with a question that isn't on any list, I couldn't telephone, email or live chat as I was 20+ in a list whenever I went back on it. As a brand new customer I am not impressed.

I was appalled at 60% increase in price and was asking to quantify that. It took c45 mins to get the price down with the person asking questions not required. I wanted same cover as last year without being made a fool of price-wise.

Not happy with renewal price, but happy once spoken to Callum on live chat. Shame One Call can’t send competitive quotes from the outset - would have saved me a lot of time and I would remain a loyal customer.

I had just a single text alerting me to my renewal, and they took the funds 5 days ahead of my renewal date. The premium was considerably more than I was quoted elsewhere, but by then their cancellation fees had already kicked in. I spent well over an hour waiting on the live chat. When I did get put through KR2 was excellent and got me a cheaper quote (by £35), which was only worth it once I took the cancellation fee into consideration. I doubt I will use them again.

25 minutes on the phone no answer. no 47 in the que for online chat..... However NO2 handled my request very well -and i did renew my policy. She gets 5 stars!!!! However One Call needs to get it customers dealt with quicker. I wont be so patient next time........

After 45 min wait on phone agent handled renewal reduction efficiently but still 22% increase on last year. 4 star for agent, 3 stars for telephone wait

rw2 - good service, stayed online and completed task efficiently once I finally got to converse with her (4 stars for rw 2). Not happy with the general process as I selected what I wanted to do and it took me to the wrong portal and then I got timed out even though I was waiting for the operator to get back to me. It took me over 3 hours to sort what I wanted (2 stars for general onecall chat process).
