Not sure whybi had to use live chat to cancel. I suppose down to anybody charges etc. Chat was actually very automated. Felt I was talking to a bot.

Too much upselling and not able to speak with anyone on the phone, only online chat. This takes much longer to sort.

Hi I was trying to get a quote for a new car. I had to wait in a queue behind 39 other callers. I was then directed to the portal with a set of instructions that did not work. I was asked to repeat the same process on the portal which did work on the second occasion but my quote was way higher than other providers.

Onecall gave good prices but I found it very difficult to deal with queries and to prevent auto renewal. Of three livechat sessions, long wait to be connected of course, only one was really successful.

H1 was verry hellpful and muy only complaint would be the duratioj of the chat was over 20 minutes as the gaps between responses was often 2 minutes! Didn't feel like a "live"chat.
