Took a while to get connected to " one call " and ended up being a chat box. The agent GB3 was very helpfull.

Whilst the wait for assistance was excessive, once connected the advisor dealt with my query quickly and efficiently

Today I delt with Thomas Mathews and Jacob. Both were extremely helpful and resolved my issue. However the portal system is extremely frustratrating as it kept saying incorrect email add despite the fact that it was a link on said email address. I had to go to chat which like I said they resolved but instead of taking a few mins I've spent most of the morning. Not the chat peoples fault but Im very dissatisfied wuth your poryal system

I sold my car and needed to cancel the policy and arrange a refund. I went online and used the web chat option. I was assisted by operator SM2 and the whole process was very easy and quick. Good job done

Very efficient and helpful service from Leanne( Le6) renewing my car insurance. It made such a difference when I could speak to someone direct and to have follow up with the same person. Also I could email and ask her to ring me so my queries could be sorted quickly.

The live chat is supposed to save time but it would have been quicker calling . The person I think her name was alisha was very helpful and sorted the issue for me

Spoke to ML 2 on chat today very efficient I do think it is better to speak to someone and to be given the price total you are going to pay along with the breakdown costs of each component

Annoyingly,...Yet again the 'AutoRenew' was not turned off. Is this the single most annoying feature of any insurers web portal? I hate it as it encourages the insurer not to try too hard to retain your business. So, .. to the review - I was presented with a figure which was 'the best' One Call could do. But it wasn't was it! I managed to get a further 20% off the premium. This is exactly why I don't use 'Auto Renew' and you shouldn't either. The Chat Agent was perfectly polite and quick to review the costs where a saving was made - surprise surprise. Buyer beware!!

KT1 initial attempts access the customer portal failed. Then payment system fell over. However the final attempt with KT1 succeeded thus avoiding frustration.

TM1 very helpful in explaining all the additional hidden charges, IE £40 admin fees for 'no-fault' claims that 3rd parties made against their own insurance having hit an old vehicle of ours. You must Point this out st the beginning of any agreement or you will be charged and you will see an increase in your premium along with further increases in your cost per mile. There are NO gestures of goodwill either.

I had some amendments to my policy prior to renewal, the customer service adviser was brilliant. I also asked for my breakdown options as I only had the basic and they provided me with what I needed very quickly which helped me make an informed choice. They were very helpful and swift 😀

I spoke to One Call's agent today about the quotation I had received for home insurance. Whilst I was very disappointed with the high quotation I had received I was given a significantly lower Quotation over the telephone. The young lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

Very long wait for response despite saying I was first in the queue. I have already ticked the box to say I had sold the vehicle and wouldn’t be replacing it and yet still I was asked if I was going to replace it.
