Wasn't clear for me. I felt I was getting info I didnt ask for and wasn't getting the answers to the simple questions I was asking. The chat ended before I received the final response which I only read in the transcript. There should have been more time for me, the customer, to say I had the information I needed and that I was finished but this didn't happen. Chat was ended when I didn't expect it to but glad I got the transcript and could see that my message to leave my insurance in place was noted.

I have not yet had to make a claim on my car insurance but I needed to change cars and also maintain temporary insurance on my old car for a few weeks. There was a bit of a wait to 'chat' to someone but he (Gabriel) was helpful in explaining what to do. However, the link provided to get tempoary insurance did not work.

KB2 helpful and clarified my policy cancellation. 5 starts from her, unfortunately the ‘live chat’ facility is very clunky to use, long waiting time to connect. No possibility to speak on the phone or email in, and whilst warned about extra fees for cancelling by live chat I couldn’t find any other way to cancel and wasn’t offered any alternatives on live chat. 2 weeks insurance and 11 miles ridden for £100 insurance most expensive per mile ever, policy was good just unfortunate with my circumstances with this bike.

It's ok. The web site is a pain as the links to contact anyone don't work if you are trying to can else the policy.

Alisha was very helpful - except there was no indication of completion of a cancellation and I had to go round again. Not happy with the size of the cancellation charge .. but she did her best, I'm sure.

Price and free options were good but customer service less so. Unsure if "Graham" was a bot. I wanted to know how many no claims bonus years I had as I couldn't find it on renewal invite, I'm sure insurance people can all see this info but he wouldn't tell me. Later I got "Graham" again when I wanted to know if motorcycle punctures were covered as breakdown cover said "wheel changes" were not included in basic free cover. You have to remove motorcycle wheels to change tyres or plug punctures. Graham kept referring me to policy sheet links and then gave me an answer which referred to locking nuts (cars). Gen X here, I expect an advisor to know things and actually advise, not just regurgitate scripts and links.

Started off well with the policy until I added an extra package. Got well overcharged and went round the houses to and from the same telephone numbers before finally sorting in the mess. Just need my overpayment back now!!!
