After spending 3 hours trying to cancel my insurance policy on the app I was beginning to give up hope I was given the run around so I tried again today and got though to a lovely person who did it right away

I received a renewal price with was just far too high. HS1 reduced the costs for me. Shame One Call just send out renewals with price increases that are not necessary in the hope that the customers will not challenge the price!

The guy I dealt with in the online chat was very good. However, I had a complicated question and it was a pain not being able to speak with one call on the telephone. Please set up a phone number as not all questions are easy to deal with using online chat.

I went on the portal to make changes on my policy and after I filled all the info I had to then speak to advisor and repeat the process all over again. The prtal is a waste of time but the advisor YD2 was very good.

Said wile I was bying the insurance it wasn't essential for my driving licence number but letter in the post in 5 days saying their going to cancel my insurance without licence number couldn't get through so had to use the chat format still took over 30 minutes just to check my licence number then wanted more and more details lost over 2 hours of work not happy

Frustrating that you can't talk to anyone, only live chat. Took me over 1 hr to change my address.

It seems the process of providing quote for car buying projects doesn’t exist. It’s not straightforward at all to get a quote. The employee on the chat seems to try their best, but uses much too many ‘copied/pasted’ questions and answers. Doesn’t feel personalised. I even feared on several occasions that my questions were not understood. To finish with: the quotes provided for a change a vehicle for a similar range are totally unreasonable. It feels like a ransom process, to be honest!

Called by JL2. Had a pleasant conversation. Covered any issues that arose. Really good to talk to someone rather than chat lines. For myself at my age contact outweighs chat. JL2 did a really professional job and was most considerate and helpful. Thank you for the backup call. Arnold Siswick.

MS2 was very efficient and helpful but she was not helped by the fact that we had to go through all of the processes again having done this earlier in the week with her colleague who had not updated any notes on the record.

To start with, I really cannot understand why you are called one call insurance, customers can not call you as you now have no phone number for customer services. The £24 admin fee to change vehicle is some what excessive. The agent on live chat eventually solved my issue, however, seemed to go missing between exchanges for a long time. I would suggest, you get the phones back in, I will be looking at insurance companies that speak to customers next time.
