Took two attempts to change one car cover to another, thought it would have been easier. Also had to challenge admin fee, thought it was excessive and as a long time customer I didn't expect I'd have to challenge.. customer service person was fine

Your insurance is good, just a shame it's so expensive to change vehicles, it enough for me to change to another company when my policy ends, your agent was fine on the live chat but in all it took, me 45 minutes plus to change vehicles which would normally take 5-10 min on the phone, so after all that time trying to sort things to get charged £45+ for the pleasure is terrible

Easy insurance to set up but still had to pay the total premium plus cancellation fees when I cancelled as they were over £300 pound more expensive when changing vehicle, LW7 was very professional with her customer service and also Holly when I contacted the earlier in the week

LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 spoke clearly and concisely during our call and was also empathetic to the 50% hikers in my premium which has not been explained by h.er colleagues or underwriters. Leanne Warren is a shining example of somebody devoting care and attention to detail in her work. I hope here employer reads this.

The company itself is awful, and I would say avoid at all costs. But the agent KB2 was so efficient and helpful, unlike the others from this company I have had to deal with. She really is a gem and a ray of sunshine.
