The person that I spoke to was helpful but what she told me to do on my customer portal to get the result that I was asking for was not successful as it came back saying they were unable to give me any results and said I should speak on line to a representative . Didn’t have time to wait in the que again to speak to someone as I had already been trying for about 1 hour. So gave up would be much easier if you could speak on the phone to someone .

Sadly this isn’t a great review for one call, but it’s not all bad. My main issue is the portal. For me it hasn’t the answers or questions that are relevant to some needs. Biggest issue not be able to speak to someone personally, wasted to much time with stupid chat service. Have been insured for 2 years with one call, but unfortunately going to look elsewhere. Cheers to Esmond Takyi who call ME yesterday as my insurance was for renewal. Very helpful lad, and if guys like Esmond were available to call with issues then I would have probably stayed. Mark

As someone who is uncomfortable with computers I found dealings with Word Chat difficult to handle. A simple phone call to your office could have made my life easier. Eventually I made contact with a very helpful operative and the changes to my insurance were arrange both smootly and efficiently

While I was far from happy with my house insurance renewal quote, Paige Butler PB1 was most helpful and very polite. She tried her best to give me a better quote but unfortunately she was unable to match other "online" quotes. She was a very pleasant and helpful young lady!

very hard to get to a chat line, but got there in the end. not a very good way to commute with peoples you should have a phone line , that is your problem.

The issue I have is that you have to use chat. I have poor Internet so the chat system kept dropping off and I didn't know if I was still in the queue. Mackensie realised the issue and called me back after chat messages from me asking if we were still connected. Very poor of a company to rely solely on chat, expecting good Internet connections everywhere. I tried to connect on a Friday and took my business elsewhere because my connection kept dropping while I was in the queue.

I am actually disappointed with one call because I didn't renew my car insurance but continued to be charged for VIP breakdown service for over 2 years.
