“Not sure why my online amendment had not worked but NP3 Nicola sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. BTW your urgent texts and emails lacked any personalisation and were very similar to some of scams with which I am bombarded.”

“I received excellent customer service today from Robyn (RE1), on renewing my car insurance, I could have got it cheaper on different sites, but I rang up and she helped me to get a cheaper policy as I didn't really want to change from one call, she was really friendly, polite and helpful, explaining things to me, Thank you very much Robyn RE1 😊”
