Been with One Call for some years and just renewed my policy with the help of PE2 who was very friendly and efficient. With some tweaks to my details she was able to bring the quote down close to the lowest quotes I had from compare the market. Of course the acid test for any insurance provider is how they deal with claims which up to now I’ve not had cause to make, thankfully.

I called to cancel my car insurance as I had got a much lower quote from another provider. However, Adam (AR5) got me a new quote that was lower than the lowest on the comparison site and it is fixed for 3 years. I was really impressed with Adam's service and professionalism. Really great service, thanks.

A couple of initial teething issues having bought policies through One Call and their sister company One Protect meant the policy had not registered initially. 10 mins on the live chat and all was resolved with minimum fuss or drama. Thanks for your service Hannah
