“Excellent service. Goods arrived promptly and in proper condition. No problems ordering over secure internet connection. Got confirmation email of receipt of order promptly but did not get email to confirm dispatch as promised in info. Did not matter as goods arrived within two days of placing order and no charge for delivery. Recommend.”

“Answered phone promptly, delivered goods on time. My only quibble is that the customer service advisor said I would need to purchase a ducting kit with my extractor fan which, as it turns out, was not needed as the extractor fan already contained this. Having to return the unwanted item was not much fun.”
