“Product competitively priced. Only given a days notice of delivery unlike big name suppliers who can give a fixed date when accepting the order. Would use again provided they remain competitive.”

“Baumatic TEL06W Cooker Hood. This item was despatched very quickly and was very well packed. It is very good for price we paid. It is very noisy and doesn't get rid of the steam. It does have a double fan, which is probably why it is noisy. Overall we are quite pleased with it.”

“I receive my oven, splashback and extractor, although slightly disappointed with the cooker knobs (very plasticy). Also there was a scratch on the cooker, otherwise excellent service and delivery would definitely use again”

“Products were easily to find and order, at relatively good price. Delivery was excellent, almost next day delivery at no extra charge. The only downside of things was, delivery times, its a whole day delivery with no time sluts, i had to wait till almost the end of the day for my delivery to arrive. Waste of day.”

“It would have been informed that the item was being delivered, got a card when arriving home saying a delivery had been unsuccessful. Went to depot and picked it up but I am sure when speaking to yourselves I was told a call would be made to tell me time of arrival, discuss.”

“Really good delivery service. The information on putting the machine together i.e the door handle etc could have been a little clearer but otherwise hassle free. Also not your problem but the manufacturers should put their product serial code somewhere where one can find it ! Have installed machine and would like to complete the registration document but no idea where the serial number is.”
