“The cooker hood was bought at a very good price including delivery and it arrived very quickly. I haven't fitted it yet but all the bits and bobs seem to all be there.”

“Bought a fridge. £40 less than nearest competitor was the decision maker. Not being able to arrange a delivery date and time is an issue. You are basically contacted by text to inform you of when delivery will be made the next day. This does not fit in with people who work and not have the flexibility to change their schedule. Phoned up to rearrange and told that the process is to cancel the delivery and wait for the next text to advise when delivery would be made. It took three attempts before we could effect delivery. Driver phoned an hour before he arrived. Packaging was damaged (looked like water damage) but fridge was in perfect condition. Overall a good experience and would use again.”

“Answered phone promptly, delivered goods on time. My only quibble is that the customer service advisor said I would need to purchase a ducting kit with my extractor fan which, as it turns out, was not needed as the extractor fan already contained this. Having to return the unwanted item was not much fun.”

“quick free delivery text messages told me when to expect. (albeit i was texted to let me know that delivery was booked. said item delivered. then confising text to say that there was a delay and a new delivery slot would be allocated soon) nevertheless all went well”

“Hi, I have just bought a dishwasher and was very pleased with the admin backup to the purchase. The only improvement would be a short explanation of the delivery process. I thought I would have an option to enter some details as I paid. However, the delivery was planned in good time and at a convenient time. cheers.”

“Ordered a belling cooker hood. Part came and was exactly as described although unfortunately the bracket which secures the vent casing to the wall wasn't sent with the hood. Eventually managed to buy a bracket at our local builders merchants. Also a bulb was broken. engineer”

“You were user friendly. The only comment I have is that I ordered a range cooker which was delivered by a driver with no assistant and if I had not had additional help at the delivery address your driver would not have been able to get the cooker in my house!”

“My sink didn't arrive when expected so I called to check and it was damaged. Another one was dispatched the next day. I liked the online tracking. The only quibble was I wish I had been called to be told about the damaged sink, I lost a day in my home build work as the sink was fitted on the Monday rather than Friday and my worktop is being fitted a week later, other than that the service was OK. I would use again but be sure to call the day before something's due to double check.”

“Ordered dishwasher on Saturday, arrived Thursday safe and sound. Delivery pre-notified as promised. Only very slight flaw was that installation instructions were missing a page. I coped and kitchen floor yet to flood. Recommended.”
