The hob arrived quickly, but they did not provide a 3-pin heavy-duty plug (25amp). I went to B&Q to buy one, but they do not sell such a plug. Cookology should have provided one. Still, I could not fit this in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. Not customer friendly.

The model you purchased, the CIT601- Does not come with a power cord - This Hob Must Be Hardwired by a Qualified Electrician - It Will Not Plug In This is stated on the listing. The freezer has got a dent on the rear corner, so not pleased at all, but we were desperate to receive it.

I was disappointed that I was unable to choose, or even rearrange a delivery slot before 11 am as it would mean having to use a day's leave.

ordered last week, since then the price has down, for me to get back the difference i have to return the item ( at my own cost) and buy again Terrible experiance and i havent even used the item yet !

Item arrived damaged. Packaging was intact so clearly damaged at the factory. Bad dent to rear right hand corner, scratches everywhere. Item is NOT going under a counter so damage is visible for all to see! Tried to contact - no response. Reverted to Paypal complaint procedure and awaiting an outcome. Not at all happy and won't be buying from you again.

Would never buy again, when items in fridge door would not close, was told to put items in perfect place to close door, and arrived having been dropped,

Bought a electric hob when it was installed it was faulty it keeps tripping the the electrics . Now they want to know who installed it what electrician ! You don’t need a electrician to replace a electric hob . Won’t be using cookology again .

Very sadly I have had two Freezers delivered damaged. One quite badly the other split plastic top edges. I chose a family business as I like to support them but next time I shall go to a large and well known supplier. Customer service is very good but product poor.

Integrated hob looks good,is really white which was worried about,i didnt want an off white one as my quartz work top is white. Only bad bit is its very fuzzy and not clear on lit up part so can't clearly see what your pressing also takes longer to heat up than my last IKEA one. So I wouldnt buy it again.

Arrived damaged. Lied to as I was told the new one would be arriving and they would do an exchange, but no they turned up nearly 2 weeks later to just collect still no delivery

Out of the packet with error code e1, then 5 washes and error code e4. It won't let you do anything then. Overall not impressed

Hi purchase a hob which was installed by a qualified electrician and the hob is faulty, have asked for an exchange but not having any luck as not being helped at all by supplier

As I have already said: microwave was delivered to an incorrect address despite being accurately addressed. I had to search the whole estate for it myself, and then arrange for it to be lifted into my car, as it was far too heavy to carry. The microwave, inside its packaging, had been standing in water or extremely damp conditions for an extended period of time. The cardboard packaging was saturated, black with mould and hanging off in strips. Even the internal white polystyrene was black with mould. I have already sent photographs.

Beware, beware, beware I ordered a double oven that was supposedly in stock and available was given a 3day delivery window that straddled a weekend so arranged sometime off work and WFH stayed in all weekend had no communication from a courier, no delivery arrived I complained to Cookology later the following week they took 5 days to answer and stated a very suspicious response that it had been lost by the courier hmmm really I think they had no stock now awaiting my refund that has not been given a refund date, still to summarise no oven and no money time off work wasted and a weekend of not going out, from now on its AO all the way for me.

I will never be purchasing from cookology again. They do not offer free returns. So now I am having to pay for the return myself which isn't cheap. Best off purchasing from elsewhere.

Poor quality cooker hood, even when securely fixed seems the structure has some play/movement. Really cheap material removable vents, one arrived with a finger dent, none of them arrived with any mesh material to catch the oil. I paid for 2 x extra carbon filters, supposedly designed to match and be inserted to catch the odors, cannot even fit them as the motor does not have the stated removable caps to insert the filters. Avoid, waste of money.

hopeless bought a hob not suitable sent back next day £17 not delivered for 4 days ordered another hob from you came smashed bought another hob of yours from amazon came today smashed i do not no if your hobs work so cannot comment on the quality of them

We still have an issue with the extractor fan as the bolts it comes with do not fit! We have contacted them and still no solution. We have had to pay our electric guy already and he has to come back when we get the correct parts. Very disappointed !!
