I purchased as a Xmas gift a table top dishwasher for my son and his partner we left it wrapped to protect it trusting Cookology to have not sent a damaged item how wrong we were. Terms and conditions dictate the package should have been opened within 48 hours of receipt my mistake but no offer of help or investigation they absolved themselves my kids have no Xmas gift both of whom work for the NHS customer service poor do not purchase from these people

Hi Jo, I am very sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. I do understand how frustrating this must be for you, however we do have terms and conditions that we have to stick by. We do state that we need damages reported Within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise its impossible for us to establish where the damage occurred. Sadly this was delivered 2 months ago. cookology induction hob failed after 4 years with a faulty power board: cookology were unable to offer any service regarding repair, supply of faulty parts or contribution towards replacement: this constitutes poor value and i suggest avoiding this brand.

Purchased an integrated microwave which stopped working, item was replaced, now 6 months later same thing has happened again, microwave won’t work, Cookology won’t do anything about it, terrible products, won’t be using or recommending this company to anyone!

Item broken but they are not going to do anything about it , avoid better to buy from argos or currys

Worst service I’ve ever received. Faulty product sent out and returned on 3 separate occasions. I wouldn’t consider buying anything from this company again.

Awful experience. Was looking forwards to this purchase for months but the Unit came with manufacturing damage all over the unit (see picture, these random markings were ALL over the unit and embedded into the finish) Absolutely no urgency from the customer service team to get it resolved, customer service team supervisor was incredibly rude and patronising who told us all units leave the factory perfect, inferring that we caused the damage. Couldn't even tell us if a replacement unit was going have similar defects, simply not good enough, I'm not paying b grade prices. Sent it back for a refund (which was difficult since the boxes are clearly not designed to be reused). Still no update from cookology of if it has been received and my refund process, mega unprofessional I purchased a replacement from competitor candee that was perfect out of the box. Will never buy from "cookology" or "therightbuy" again.

Extremely disappointed to receive a pre-owned scuffed and scratched freezer when I assumed it would be factory new. If this was the decision of a rogue employee or company policy to offload used returned goods is unclear? The customer service team promptly removed the freezer and made a refund but not before asking if I would be interested in keeping it and having a partial refund. It’s frustrating and causes anxiety and loss of confidence to be treated this way. I would rate zero stars for my Cookology purchasing experience if it were possible. Buyer beware.

The hob arrived quickly, but they did not provide a 3-pin heavy-duty plug (25amp). I went to B&Q to buy one, but they do not sell such a plug. Cookology should have provided one. Still, I could not fit this in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. Not customer friendly.

The model you purchased, the CIT601- Does not come with a power cord - This Hob Must Be Hardwired by a Qualified Electrician - It Will Not Plug In This is stated on the listing. The freezer has got a dent on the rear corner, so not pleased at all, but we were desperate to receive it.

I was disappointed that I was unable to choose, or even rearrange a delivery slot before 11 am as it would mean having to use a day's leave.

ordered last week, since then the price has down, for me to get back the difference i have to return the item ( at my own cost) and buy again Terrible experiance and i havent even used the item yet !

Item arrived damaged. Packaging was intact so clearly damaged at the factory. Bad dent to rear right hand corner, scratches everywhere. Item is NOT going under a counter so damage is visible for all to see! Tried to contact - no response. Reverted to Paypal complaint procedure and awaiting an outcome. Not at all happy and won't be buying from you again.

Would never buy again, when items in fridge door would not close, was told to put items in perfect place to close door, and arrived having been dropped,

Bought a electric hob when it was installed it was faulty it keeps tripping the the electrics . Now they want to know who installed it what electrician ! You don’t need a electrician to replace a electric hob . Won’t be using cookology again .

Very sadly I have had two Freezers delivered damaged. One quite badly the other split plastic top edges. I chose a family business as I like to support them but next time I shall go to a large and well known supplier. Customer service is very good but product poor.

Integrated hob looks good,is really white which was worried about,i didnt want an off white one as my quartz work top is white. Only bad bit is its very fuzzy and not clear on lit up part so can't clearly see what your pressing also takes longer to heat up than my last IKEA one. So I wouldnt buy it again.

Arrived damaged. Lied to as I was told the new one would be arriving and they would do an exchange, but no they turned up nearly 2 weeks later to just collect still no delivery

Out of the packet with error code e1, then 5 washes and error code e4. It won't let you do anything then. Overall not impressed
