I thought a text message or phone call would be arriving about half an hour before delivery. The receptionist said i should have stated to call . Do we have to think of everything? Badly managed. I have to collect it .

I found ordering easy. However I still await delivery of my goods despite transport company giving me two delivery dates and not meeting either. I can understand failure of the first delivery date due to the road being blocked via a fallen tree, however they agreed to deliver the following day. I am still waiting and have had no contact from them explaining why. I have lost two days wages due to this failure and now will probably have to lose another day when the goods finally arrive. I have emailed transport company so I may get a date tomorrow but wont hold my breath.

The cooker extractor fan was damaged and out of shape. As it’s was Xmas I still installed the fan then got in touch for a replacement. Sent pictures and the response was that the fan had been installed incorrectly!! Would not recommend their customer services ethos

I still haven’t received my order or even been contacted for delivery to be arranged. Every time I call the delivery company, the phone line cuts out

Delivery...... told by company (react) they were delivering Wednesday between 10-1 ... didn't turn ...lost days pay at work ... no apology just we will deliver another day .... very disappointed

I am still waiting to received my item despite being advise it was despatched over a week ago and was given a delivery date I did not actually receive the delivery. I had a someone booked to fit the item and when it did not arrive I have to pay them anyway. The companies communication is terrible, despite requesting a delivery date and asking for an update I am still yet to have received a response. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Not happy my product turned up broke I was told a new one was on the way and then told there is no more so they picking this one up I've been without a cooker because of this

One week later and I’m still waiting for delivery and in the email I was told I would be contacted by the courier, if I hadn’t have contacted them I would still be waiting to hear from them. One star only and I’m being generous!

Great prices, but delivered to wrong address. Then when delivered, items dumped at doorstep, that was on an order of £700+ . So if you are expecting a fridge freezer, be prepared to struggle to get it inside yourself!

I booked my delivery for a day and it didn't arrive despite my staying in all day to wait. Called delivery service and they had no idea what had gone wrong- maybe tried to deliver to the wrong address. Still haven't got my purchase. Rescheduled for Monday!

Dear Sirs, Firstly you refused to accept that my item was damaged from photos I sent you, then you told me to return it, which I did via Hermes parcels. Finally you now state you have not received the return, I am currently checking with Hermes regarding its status. I have already purchased another gas hob from you as a replacement, As it was required urgently. Therefore I have now paid you for two hobs and it appears I may be unlikely to get my refund for the first one. I have to say I am not impressed by your service, or your treatment of customers. Particularly by your customer services adviser Edward. How is the cause on most of my problem. Due to lack of care and consideration. Regards John Mirley

There was an issue with an oven that we purchased from this website yet they were unwilling to help solve the issue. Terrible customer service!

The item wasn't the same finish as shown on the website and the manager told me it want her problem, wouldn't take the product back or suggest a solution. I would never use this company again due to her attitude!

Faulty Oven, but because I didn't have a pipe fixed on by a gas engineer the warranty is invalid even though the fault is with the oven and not the gas. Just an excuse to not repair faulty products!!!! Will never use again. Disgusted.

Staff are not helpful, no flexibility on delivery times, even when they get delivery instructions wrong the customer has to bend over to fit into their delivery time table. Order cancelled money not refunded took 3 days, until goods back with them. Not happy will never use again.

Do you really want the worst possible review anyone could have. The service was abominable, the delivery non existent and the response from you customer service department little better. All in all it was the worst on line buying experience I have ever come across.. Does that tell you what I think?
