I've purchased on behalf of my elderly mother, quite a few things from Coopers. On more than one occasion I've ordered something in error, but the team respond quickly to my emails thus resolving any issues. We have been waiting over three weeks for our order. We have been told it has been dispatched but Hermes haven’t even received it yet. We keep emailing them but they take nearly two days to reply . Dreadful service. Never ever again

I have had good service for many years but their website is a mess Tried to find out where my order was but on the website was "Tracking N/A". Really in this day and age tracking should always be there. And another thing, I ordered on the 9th and now we are at 15th, it's about time they got that right, I can order from eBay or Amazon and my orders are delivered within at the most 2 days

They do not respond within 24 hours. I spoke to one older female member of staff and whilst she wasn't rude, by the tone of her voice you could tell she didn't want to be there or deal with me. With the current situation, she should think herself very lucky that she's even got a job. If it were me, I would dispense with her services and employ someone who does want it.

I bought a hosepipe a few months ago it sprung a leak E mailed company on sat a new one arrived tue brilliant customer service

ordered the spin mop last week it is absolutely useless it just does not spin the worst thing I have ever ordered from you it is now in the bin as it would have cost more than the product was worth to return it you would do well to take it off the market very disappointed

I stressed that I couldn't carry weight and that the package would have to go round the back. I also stressed that I am in poor health. The package has been left, battered to Hell, propped at the front door. I suggest that you retrieve it and refund my money.

We had issues with not receiving 2 orders we placed - one that my mother (aged 89) placed over the telephone and one that I placed on line through the website. The excuse given when we eventually managed to speak to someone was that they had been very busy! To top it all my mother has received her telephone bill and has incurred charges of over £12.00 trying to speak to someone in customer services to resolve the issues. Be warned that the contact number given on the website is a premium number and is charged at 45p a minute and you are left holding on the phone for ages when the call connects. This is absolutely appalling and we will NOT be ordering anything from this company again! They do not deserve any stars!

Firstly I purchased two solar trees for the garden they worked last year but then didn't this year, Coopers sent two replacements through which are currently working, but they only came with one stick to put in the ground, I've emailed and had no response, leaving me no option but to leave this review. I sent photos of what I received and the packaging but no response at all. Very disappointed with this service, I've had problems before and had to chase with numerous emails and phone calls, I just can't be bothered this time, I just won't order anything from Coopers again. Bad customer service.

Doesn't deserve 1 star! Took over 2 months, with numerous emails and phone calls to get refunded. Accused of not returning an item ! Even though I had proof of courier collecting it. If I hadn't chased my refund it would not have been given even though they had the returned item. A very, very underhand company. After over 2 months of hassle, only the scantest of apologies ! I will never order anything from them again. Avoid! Shoddy customer services, product quality below par and fanciful catalogue descriptions. But, if you must order, use a credit card in case you need help with a refund and keep proof a of payment and proof of any returns.

I received one replacement parasol, it arrived damaged and used. That was collected and another parasol was sent. That second replacement was also damaged and used. Seriously, who are the people in the warehouse checking the outgoing products. Coopers of Stortford you need to be aware that you’re sending out damaged and used goods from your warehouses. Look at the reviews and do something about it. Clearly you don’t it seems.

Ordered £60 item was told 5 to 7 working days still waiting 12 days later. After2 phone calls still in warehouse!!.so will never order from 2nd rate firms like this again.They do not deserve custom

Avoid! Firstly website said order hadn't gone through, so ordered again, only to find I had ordered 2 ! Telephoned, but coopers refused to update order, said I was to return the unwanted item for a refund. 2 items arrived, one duly returned, then days later the second developed a fault (absolute pile of s...e, complete rubbish broke on first use !), so returned for a refund So 2 items ordered and delivered and both returned. Expected refunds for both, not forthcoming. Instead another item sent I refused delivery and it went back to coopers. I have recieved a refund for one item, but coopers refuse to refund the 2nd item as they say they replaced it, even though I clearly asked for a refund. To be clear, I paid for 2 items, returned 2 items, coopers sent a 3rd which I refused delivery and went back to coopers and so far have one refund ! I am £65 out of pocket, have NO items and coopers are saying that is it. I am not entitled to any further refund, even though I have nothing but have proof of all returns !! I will never order anything form them again, will never recommend them to anyone, they are unbelievable.

We had a gross pot for delivered !! we wouldnt& hadnt ordered it. Sent to wrong address.Itried calling on 2 different numbers held for 20 mins.Tols I was 3rd in queue !!! JOKE!!At 3:56 we were cut off as they close at 4pm No voice mail . QUALITY not what it used to be& service is non existent!!!

I purchased a carpet sweeper for 28.99p.The screw thread has gone on one of the connecting rods and keeps coming off when in use.It seemed good when I first bought it but has gone down hill too the point were I can no longer use it.For that sort of price you should be able too have confidence in the product but not in this case.Very disappointing indeed.

Can't believe how my order gets sent to a totally different address and now awiting an update delivery ! Plus the fact my personal details ( Name and phone number has be passed on to a stranger !!) After several calls to rectify this a delivery big part of the order has arrived. How long I don't no when the rest will be delivered. Shame Cooper's You've let me down..

Excellent delivery. Well packaged. Telephone ordering efficient and accurate. Telephone customer service excellent, only waited 10 minutes to drop from 14 in the queue. Polite and friendly person at the end of the phone and was very patient in answering my questions. Will certainly use Cooper's again. Thank you. Lesley Eaton
