“Received items noon today, (22nd) these were ordered at almost MIDNIGHT on 20th January.......what service, well done Coopers. Items were a reorder of outdoor sensor lights, so delighted with previous one I came back for another 2. Can highly recommend these lights. E.C”

“I ordered a two step folding stool on the 14th January. Despatch was confirmed on the 16th January and the goods were delivered at 10:30am on Saturday 17th January. The stool is made of good hard wood and well constructed. I was quite prepared for it to be supplied in flat pack form but was pleasantly surprised to find it assembled. I am very pleased with shopping experience I have had with Coopers and would not hesitate to recommend them. June in Aylesbury.”

“Purchased manual log splitter, was a bit sceptical BUT IT IS A GODSEND !!!!! VERY easy to use, and I'm not fit, much more stable than I thought it would be, even on gravel. Will keep an eye on ratchet grooves ( lot of pressure ), but seems sturdy enough on first showing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Danny T Cheltenham”

“COOPERS OF STORTFORD ARE A GREAT COMPANY. ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE WRONG AND PATHETIC. THE STAFF AT COOPERS ARE MORE THAN HELPFUL, ALWAYS POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SORTING OUT MY ORDERS. THE PRODUCTS ARE GOOD QUALITY AND CHEAP AND I HAVE ONLY HAD A PROBLEM ONCE, WITH WHICH IT WAS DEALT WITH STRAIGHT AWAY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THE ORDER LINE ARE FABULOUS AND DELIVERY WAS ONE DAY. ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED. COOPERS OF STORTFORD I RECOMMEND, DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FOOLS ON THIS REVIEW PAGE!!!!!!”

“I have now purchased 3 items from coopers.first was the tabletop mini-oven for my son,very pleased.second insulated teapot which is great ok lid gets hot but what can you expect if you want hot tea? the third was the coffee percolater.compared to a very well known brand which cost a great deal more the coffee stays hot for a long period unlike the more expensive one which went luke warm within 30 mins.i am highly satisfied with all products customer service and delivery time.very surprised at some of the negative reviews.i will most definitely use again and also recommend to friends and family. chris.hodkin Derbyshire.”

“After reading these reviews I was iffy to say the least but the product arrived really quickly and I had about four notifications from them and the courier company. The product seems good, a little plasticy but I was expecting that for the price and I am sure it is some of the best engineering available...in China lol. But overall I can recommend.”

“Coopers have provided me with excellent service and good value for money. Ten years ago I paid £80 to have my parent's gravestone professionally cleaned. This would now cost in the region of £120. Following the professional cleaning the gravestone gradually discoloured and after three years required cleaning again. On recommendation I used Coopers Stone Cleaning solution and the results were extremely impressive. Superior to the professional cleaning job. So impressive was the result that people thought I had replaced the headstone. Not a mark remained. The long term protection provided by Coopers solution means that seven years have elapsed before another clean is necessary. It could be left longer but at about £4.50 a clean it is inexpensive to keep the headstone in pristine condition. Thank you Coopers for a quality product and your prompt service . “I ordered a bathmat and an armchair support pillow from Coopers of Stortford. I had read all of the negative reviews but as it was difficult to obtain the pillow elsewhere for such a good price I decided to take a chance. To be honest, I wasn't expecting my items to even be delivered. I was surprised when not only did they turn up, but delivery was even quicker than I expected. I haven't had any dealings with customer support so cannot comment on that but I would definitely order from them again. Thanks Coopers of Stortford!”

“On the 4th Sept at about 1630 Hrs. I ordered The Hedge Runner by phone. I was told by a very helpful young lady that it would be delivered within 28 days. Friday the 5th Sept at about 1100 hrs the item was delivered to my doorstep. How's that for service? EXEMPLARY I would say. Thank you Coopers.”

“Coopers of Stortford. Love this company. Customer service second to none. You get what you pay for and everything I have ordered has been acceptable apart from one damaged item which was replaced in days (to the Isle of Man). I contact by email and get an immediate response. Cant fault them. Happy customer.”
