“I've been reading all the bad reviews and can't believe it's the same Cooper's. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I have nothing but good to say about them. When I've called them I've always found them polite and helpful. When I ordered an item that was out of stock, I received a letter to let me know, and the item was shipped as soon as it came in. They enclosed a voucher for my inconvenience, my only complaint was that I had to spend a certain amount to use it. I've been shopping with them for a few years now (a neighbor recommended them) and the items have always been delivered in a timely fashion and in good condition. I would highly recommend Coopers of Stortford.”

“I purchased two cushions for supporting the spine. Portable and easy to move about. Very useful for using to sit on pue in church. I am disabled so use a mobility scooter and find it helps to keep me upright and comfortable. Very pleased with purchase and quick service.”

“The majority of staff in Coopers are lovely people, cheerful and helpful, always a pleasure to visit this shop, the choice of goods is interesting and different from those in chain stores. My last visit was particularly successful- I was granted a free delivery for the plants, pots and other garden stuff, all items I chose myself and they were stored for me in the shop until delivery a few days later. A courtesy call from the courier on the day was very convenient. Could not be happier for how accommodating the staff were to my needs. Thank you!”

“Ordered an aerator for my father. Item came earlier than expected and absolute bargain. Anyone who had a bad experience you must have had a one-off, I urge you to try them again and not slate them as a lot of your reasons are not coopers fault but your stars and bad review goes against them directly. I think they are excellent and will be ordering more items shortly”

“Bought a dog gate/partition from them , it was the best price from the Internet , delivery was free in the price , good quality Product , but only suitable really for small dogs about the size of Yorkshire terrier , found the company to be really quick on the delivery as they stated it arrived on time , would recommend this company. “ordered a Falcon bird scarer as have been plagued by seagulls and jackdaws from 5am ,thought I'd try your product and since I put it on the shed roof in the garden there has been a conspicuous absence of the "racket" . thanks very much .”
